520 |a Akhlak development is a necessity for every student, because noble akhlak are a foundation in shaping the human person. Ideally, the influence of education will appear not only in terms of personal intellect but also in terms of noble akhlak. However, there are not a few students who have a bad personality and even commit deviant behavior. Therefore, this study seeks to describe how the noble akhlak development program for students who behave deviantly. Specifically, it aims to describe the planning of noble akhlak development patterns for students who behave deviantly in MTs, describe the implementation of noble akhlak development patterns in handling students who behave deviantly in MTs, and describe the evaluation of the implementation of noble akhlak development patterns for handling students who behave deviantly in MTs. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The researcher becomes the key instrument. Data collection using interview techniques, documentation and observation. The object of this research is MTs Al-Marwah school, with the research subjects being the head of the madrasa, the head of student affairs, teachers, and students. Data analysis techniques with reduction, data display, then conclusions. The results showed that the planning of the noble character development program was through deliberations between the head of the Madrasah and the teachers who compiled from the background of the program, the objectives to be achieved, activities to support the program, and the determination of the teacher in charge. The implementation of the noble character development program is carried out through Al-Qur'an memorization activities, teacher assistance, and tarawih prayers in congregation. The evaluation of the coaching program pays more attention to the attitude aspect, that there is a change in the spiritual attitude of students by 88.5% after participating in the noble character coaching program. Recommendations for further researchers are expected to actively participate in the development of noble character development programs for students who behave deviantly.
