Summary

Program keahlian Teknik Jaringan Komputer dan Telekomunikasi (TJKT) merupakan salah satu program keahlian baru yang terdapat pada SMK Telkom Bandung. Program keahlian TJKT ini memakai kurikulum merdeka dalam pembelajarannya. Sehingga terdapat capaian pembelajaran didalamnya, yang harus dikuasai oleh peserta didik agar mereka mampu menyiapkan skill yang dibutuhkan pada dunia industri setelah mereka lulus nantinya. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) mengetahui capaian pembelajaran apa saja yang diajar pada program keahlian Teknik Jaringan Komputer dan Telekomunikasi (TJKT) SMK Telkom Bandung., (2) mengetahui kompetensi/skill apa saja yang dibutuhkan oleh pihak industri bagi siswa TJKT SMK (3) menganalisis relevansi capaian pembelajaran TJKT dengan skill yang dibutuhkan oleh pihak industri. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan melibatkan 2 pihak yaitu pihak sekolah dan pihak industri. dengan melibatkan 3 guru SMK Telkom Bandung dan 2 orang dari masingmasing industri yang terdiri dari 3 industri yaitu PT Telkom Akses, PT Icon Plus, dan PT syergie Indo Prima. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini yaitu (1) kompetensi/capaian pembelajaran yang diajarkan pada siswa TJKT SMK Telkom Bandung tidak jauh dengan capaian pembelajaran yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah, hanya saja capaian pembelajaran tersebut disesuaikan dengan karakteristik siswa TJKT itu sendiri. karena menurut pihak sekolah capaian pembelajaran yang ditetapkan pemerintah sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri sekarang karena pihak SMK Telkom Bandung juga melakukan link& match kepada industri untuk menyesuaikan kompetensi yang diajarkan dengan kebutuhan industri. (2) kompetensi/skill yang dibutuhkan oleh pihak industri untuk menjadi pekerja pada saat ini harus memahami tentang fiber optik karena fiber optik saat ini banyak digunakan. Selain skill pengetahuan, attitude dan sikap menjadi salah satu skill yang dibutuhkan oleh para pihak industri, karena dengan mempunyai attitude yang baik skill akan mengikuti orang tersebut. (3) relevansi antara capaian pembelajaran yang diajarkan di sekolah dengan kebutuhan skill pihak industri saat ini sudah sejalan dan sangat sesuai dengan skill yang dibutuhkan oleh pihak industri. Dari semua capaian pembelajaran yang diajarkan di sekolah sudah sangat sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan di industri. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa capaian pembelajaran yang diajarkan di SMK Telkom Bandung sudah sangat sesuai dengan kebutuhan skill/kompetensi yang dibutuhkan pada dunia industri. The Computer Network and Telecommunications Engineering (TJKT) expertise program is one of the new skills programs found at SMK Telkom Bandung. The TJKT expertise program uses an independent curriculum in its learning. So that there are learning abilities in it, which must be mastered by students so that they are able to prepare the skills needed in the world industri after they graduate later. In selecting learning outcomes in schools, apart from having to be guided by the learning outcomes of the government, schools must also be able to adapt these learning outcomes to the industri. Therefore, the aims of this study are (1) to find out what competencies are taught in the Computer Network and Telecommunications Engineering (TJKT) competency at SMK Telkom Bandung, (2) to find out what competencies are needed by the industri for students Telkom Bandung Vocational School, (3) analyzing the relevance of the TJKT expertise program between the school and the industri. This study uses qualitative research, involving 2 parties, namely the school and the industri. involving 3 teachers from SMK Telkom Bandung and 2 people from each industri consisting of 3 industries, namely PT Telkom Akses, PT Icon Plus, and PT syergie Indo Prima. The results obtained in this study are (1) the learning competencies/abilities taught to TJKT students at SMK Telkom Bandung are not far from the learning abilities set by the government, it's just that these learning abilities are adapted to the characteristics of the TJKT students themselves. because according to the school, the learning outcomes set by the government are in accordance with current industri needs because the Telkom Bandung Vocational School also links & matches industri to adjust the competencies being taught to industri needs. (2) the competencies/skills needed by the industri to become workers at this time must understand about optical fiber because optical fiber is currently widely used. In addition to competence, knowledge, attitudes and attitudes are one of the skills needed by the industri because by having a good attitude, the skills will follow that person. (3) the relevance between the competencies taught in schools and the current needs of the industri for the competencies taught in schools are very much in line with the competencies required by the industri. Of all the learning competencies taught in schools are in accordance with the competencies needed in the industri. This shows that the learning outcomes taught at SMK Telkom Bandung are very much in line with the skills/competencies needed in the industrial world.
