Permasalahan yang hadir dan menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya sistem manajemen mutu pada PT Rajawali Hiyoto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk bisa mengetahui pengaruh daripada sistem manajemen mutu terhadap budaya kerja pegawai PT Rajawali Hiyoto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner dengan model skala likert. Ukuran populasi sebanyak 60 responden yaitu pegawai PT Rajawali Hiyoto. Kemudian Teknik analisi data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Dari hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh kesimpulan yang menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh dari sistem manajemen mutu terhadap budaya kerja di PT Rajawali Hiyoto. The problem that is present and the focus of this research is the not yet optimal quality management system at PT Rajawali Hiyoto. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality management system on the work culture of employees of PT Rajawali Hiyoto. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The size of the population is 60 respondents, namely employees of PT Rajawali Hiyoto. Then the data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. From the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing, it was concluded that there was an influence from the quality management system on work culture at PT Rajawali Hiyoto.
