| Summary: | Pemanfaatan model evaluasi CIPP memberikan pendekatan komprehensif untuk menganalisis secara menyeluruh seluruh proses penyelenggaraan Uji Kompetensi Keahlian Program Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di SMK Negeri 1 Sumedang. Dengan fokus pada semua aspek konteks, masukan, proses, dan produk, penelitian ini tidak hanya mengevaluasi hasil akhir (produk) dari program, tetapi juga memeriksa sejumlah faktor lain yang mungkin mempengaruhi keberhasilan program ini. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memiliki potensi untuk mengungkap aspek-aspek penting dalam pendidikan vokasional, yang mungkin tidak tercakup dalam model evaluasi lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi dari segi kesesuaian dan pelaksanaan Uji Kompetensi Keahlian pada Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik (TITL) di SMK Negeri 1 Sumedang ditinjau dari aspek CIPP yaitu Context, Input, Process, Product dengan berpedoman pada standar yang telah ditetapkan. Setiap kegiatan diperlukan evaluasi guna mencapai tingkat keberhasilan pelaksanaan Uji Kompetensi tersebut, sehingga dapat memberikan sumbangsih kepada SMK untuk memperbaiki yang di pandangi oleh Asesor bahwa penulis orang dari luar sekolah tetapi ikut mengevaluasi kegiatan pelaksanaan UKK. SMK Negeri 1 Sumedang merupakan objek penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian evaluatif dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP meliputi aspek Context, Input, Process, Product. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 6 orang yang merupakan Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Kepala dan Guru yang menjadi Asesor Internal Program Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di SMK Negeri 1 Sumedang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah dengan cara melakukan observasi pada saat pelaksanaan Uji Kompetensi Keahlian, wawancara dengan beberapa informan terkait, dan telaah dokumen. Untuk keabsahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi dengan istilah cek dan ricek atau melakukan pengecekan data menggunakan berbagai waktu, teknik, dan sumber. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pelaksanaan Uji Kompetensi Keahlian pada Program Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di SMK Negeri 1 Sumedang telah berhasil dan sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan berdasarkan semua indikator yang telah ditinjau peneliti. The utilization of the CIPP evaluation model offers a comprehensive approach to thoroughly analyze the entire process of organizing the Competency Assessment for the Electrical Power Installation Vocational Program at SMK Negeri 1 Sumedang. With a focus on all aspects of context, input, process, and product, this study not only evaluates the final outcomes (products) of the program but also examines several other factors that could potentially influence the success of this program. As a result, this research has the potential to uncover crucial aspects within vocational education that might not be covered by other evaluation models. The purpose of this study is to assess the suitability and implementation of Competency Assessment in the Electrical Power Installation Vocational Program at SMK Negeri 1 Sumedang, examined through the CIPP aspects: Context, Input, Process, and Product, guided by established standards. Evaluation is necessary for every activity to achieve a successful level of implementing the Competency Assessment, contributing to improvements by the school. The researcher, although an external individual, participated in evaluating the execution of the UKK activities, as seen by the Assessors. SMK Negeri 1 Sumedang is the research subject, investigated by the researcher using an evaluative research method through the CIPP evaluation model, encompassing Context, Input, Process, and Product aspects. The study participants consist of six individuals, including Vice Principals, the School Principal, and Teachers who serve as Internal Assessors for the Electrical Power Installation Vocational Program at SMK Negeri 1 Sumedang. Data collection techniques employed by the researcher include observation during the Competency Assessment, interviews with several related informants, and document analysis. To ensure data validity in this study, triangulation is utilized by cross-checking data using various timeframes, techniques, and sources. Based on the research findings, the implementation of the Competency Assessment for the Electrical Power Installation Vocational Program at SMK Negeri 1 Sumedang has been successful and aligns with the established standards, based on all the indicators reviewed by the researcher. |
