Penelitian ini penting dilakukan karena apabila dibiarkan akan menghambat proses pemenuhan informasi bagi instansi. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mendukung efisiensi kerja yakni dengan sistem kearsipan elektronik yang baik akan mendukung dalam meningkatnya efisiensi kerja pegawai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memverifikasi bahwa adanya pengaruh dari kemampuan menggunakan sistem kearsipan elektronik berbasis aplikasi SIDEBAR terhadap efisiensi kerja pegawai di Dinas Sosial Provinsi Jawa Barat baik secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket dengan sampel 50 responden Dinas Sosial Provinsi Jawa Barat. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan menggunakan sistem kearsipan elektronik berbasis aplikasi SIDEBAR memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap efisiensi kerja pegawai di Dinas Sosial Provinsi Jawa Barat. The problem that is the focus of the study in this research is the low work efficiency of employees at the West Java Provincial Social Service which is thought to be caused by an electronic filing system that is not yet optimal. This research is important to carry out because if left unchecked it will hamper the process of providing information to agencies. One factor that can support work efficiency is that a good electronic filing system will support increasing employee work efficiency. The aim of this research is to verify that there is an influence of the ability to use an electronic filing system based on the SIDEBAR application on the work efficiency of employees at the West Java Provincial Social Service both directly and indirectly. The approach used in this research is quantitative with descriptive and verification methods. Research data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to a sample of 50 respondents from the West Java Provincial Social Service. Research data analysis uses descriptive and inferential analysis techniques. The research results show that the ability to use an electronic filing system based on the SIDEBAR application has a positive influence on the work efficiency of employees at the West Java Province Social Service.
