Summary:Ketidaktersediannya media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang menampilkan representasi submikroskopik serta kurangnya pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi perubahan wujud benda menjadi dasar dilakukannya penelitian pengembangan ini. Materi perubahan wujud membutuhkan visualiasi agar siswa lebih memahami materi. Namun visualisasi yang ditampilkan umumnya hanya bersifat makroskopik. Representasi submikroskopik dibutuhkan agar siswa memiliki pemahaman konsep yang baik terkait fenomena makroskopik yang terjadi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan aplikasi pembelajaran yang mengakomodasi visualisasi sampai level representasi submikroskopik pada materi perubahan wujud benda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu D&D dengan model desain pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Aplikasi pembelajaran perubahan wujud benda (PERUNDA) telah melalui uji validasi dan uji reliabilitas melalui penyebaran angket penilaian kepada ahli materi, media dan bahasa. Instrumen penilaian ahli materi, media, dan bahasa dinyatakan sangat valid dengan nilai Aiken's V secara berurutan sebesar V0.98, V0.9, dan V0.9. Adapun reliabilitas ahli materi diperoleh nilai Cronbach's Apha sebesar 0.714 dengan kategori reliabel. Sedangkan instrumen ahli media dan bahasa diperoleh nilai Kappa a atau sangat reliabel. Hasil respon guru diperoleh presentase sebesar 100% dan respon siswa sebesar 95%. Dengan demikian aplikasi PERUNDA telah teruji secara expert dan memperoleh respon yang baik dari guru dan siswa sehingga dapat digunakan pada pembelajaran materi perubahan wujud benda di sekolah dasar. ----------- The unavailability of technology-based learning media that displays submicroscopic representations as well as students' lack of understanding of concepts regarding changes in the state of matter became the basis for conducting this development research. Material changes in the state of matter require visualization so that students better understand the material. However, the visualization shown is generally only macroscopic. Submicroscopic representation is needed so that students have a good understanding of the concepts related to the macroscopic phenomena that occur. The aim of this research is to develop a learning application that accommodates visualization up to the submicroscopic level of representation in the matter of changes in the state of substances. The research method used is D&D with the ADDIE development design model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The learning application for changing the state of matter (PERUNDA) has gone through validation tests and reliability tests through the distribution of assessment questionnaires to material, media and language experts. Material, media, and language expert assessment instruments were declared very valid with Aiken's V scores of V0.98, V0.9, and V0.9 respectively. As for the reliability of material experts, the Cronbach's Alpha value was 0.714 in the reliable category. Meanwhile, the media and language expert instruments obtained a Kappa value or very reliable. The results of the teacher's response obtained a percentage of 100% and student responses of 95%. Thus the PERUNDA application has been expertly tested and obtained a good response from teachers and students so that it can be used in learning material changes in the state of matter in elementary schools
