Summary:Keterlibatan orang tua memegang peranan penting dalam proses pendidikan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komponen, personil, dan dampak program pelibatan orang tua dalam mendukung kegiatan non akademik anak di TK Harapan Bunda Kota Cilegon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, dan orang tua peserta didik TK Harapan Bunda Kota Cilegon. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara manual menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri atas 4 tahapan yakni pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat 8 (delapan) komponen program pelibatan orang tua dalam mendukung kegiatan non akademik anak di TK Harapan Bunda Kota Cilegon; (2) terdapat tiga personil yang terlibat aktif dalam program pelibatan orang tua dalam mendukung kegiatan non akademik anak yakni kepala sekolah, guru, dan komite sekolah; serta (3) dampak dari program pelibatan orang tua terhadap keberhasilan anak di TK Harapan Bunda Kota Cilegon diantaranya yaitu target pembelajaran dapat tercapai, anak memiliki jiwa kompetitif, pembelajaran dapat tersampaikan dengan baik, dan meningkatkan peluang anak untuk menjuarai berbagai perlombaan yang sesuai dengan minat dan bakatnya. Rekomendasi ditujukan kepada pendidik AUD, lembaga PAUD, dan peneliti selanjutnya. Parental involvement hold an important role in the children's education process. This study aims to determine the components, personnel, and impact of the parental involvement program in supporting children's non-academic activities at Harapan Bunda Kindergarten in Cilegon City. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research subjects included principal, teachers, and parents of Harapan Bunda Kindergarten students in Cilegon City. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data were analyzed manually using Miles and Huberman's interactive model which consisted of 4 stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that (1) there were 8 (eight) components of the parental involvement program in supporting children's non-academic activities at Harapan Bunda Kindergarten in Cilegon City; (2) there are three personnel who are actively involved in the parental involvement program in supporting children's non-academic activities which are the principal, teacher, and school committee; and (3) the impact of the parental involvement program on the success of children at Harapan Bunda Kindergarten in Cilegon City, including that learning targets can be achieved, children have a competitive spirit, learning can be conveyed well, and increasing children's opportunities to win various competitions according to their interests and talents. Recommendations are addressed to early childhood educators, early childhood education institutions, and future researchers.
