Summary:Pengembangan Model Project Based Learning bagi Peserta Didik Tunarungu dalam Meningkatkan Kemandirian Belajar pada Keterampilan Tataboga di SLB Negeri Cicendo Oleh: Sylvi Noor Aini NIM. 2105134 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model Project-Based Learning bagi peserta didik tunarungu dalam meningkatkan kemandirian belajar pada bidang keterampilan vokasional tataboga di SLB Negeri Cicendo Kota Bandung. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah dua anak tunarungu yang mengampu keterampilan tataboga di SLB Negeri Cicendo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed methods dengan desain sequential exploratory yang menyajikan tiga tahap penelitian. Fase pertama ditujukan untuk mengetahui profil kemandirian belajar peserta didik tunarungu. Pada fase kedua, peneliti akan mengembangkan model project-based learning sesuai kebutuhan peserta didik tunarungu. Pengembangan model dilakukan melalui 3 tahap yaitu define, design dan develop. Pengembangan model menghasilkan sintak model project-based learning yang terdiri dari 4 (empat) sintak, yaitu question, plan, create dan reflection. Question merupakan rumusan pertanyaan yang akan memandu proyek. Plan merupakan perencanaan yang dilakukan peserta didik dimulai dari penyusunan jadwal, strategi dan Langkah. Create merupakan proses penyelesaian proyek dimulai dari persiapan, pembuatan dan penyajian. Reflection merupakan kegiatan evaluasi dan refleksi untuk menggali keberhasilan, kegagalan serta solusi. Peneliti melakukan expert judgement terhadap rancangan model project-based learning bagi peserta didik tunarungu sehingga dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan. Pada fase ketiga, peneliti menguji efektifitas hasil pengembangan model project-based learning bagi peserta didik tunarungu terhadap kemandirian belajar pada pembelajaran keterampilan tataboga menggunakan desain single subject research (SSR). Hasil uji efektifitas menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perubahan stabilitas dan level pada mean level A-B-A untuk SNH (14%, 52% dan 80%) dan NND (25%, 61% dan 87%). Subjek penelitian memperoleh nilai rendah pada analisis overlap sebesar 12,5% untuk SNH dan 0% untuk NND. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa terjadi perubahan pada target behavior setelah diberikan intervensi. Kata Kunci : Kemandirian belajar, Project-based learning, Tataboga, Tunarungu   The Development of Project Based Learning Model for Deaf Students to Improve Self-Directed Learning in Culinary Skills at State SLB Cicendo By: Sylvi Noor Aini NIM. 2105134 ABSTRACT This study aims to develop Project-Based Learning model for deaf students in improving Self-Directed Learning in Vocational Catering skills at State SLB Cicendo, Bandung City. The subjects in this study are two deaf children majoring catering skills at State SLB Cicendo. The research method used is mixed methods with a sequential exploratory design which presents three stages of research. The first phase is aimed to know the profile of self-directed learning of deaf students. The second phase, researcher will develop project-based learning model according to the needs of deaf students. The development of the Model is carried out through 3 stages, namely Define, Design and Develop. The development of the Model generates project-based learning model syntaxes which consist of 4 (four) syntaxes, namely Question, Plan, Create and Reflect. Question is a formulation of questions that will guide the project. Plan is a planning carried out by students starting from preparation of schedules, strategies and steps. Create is the process of completing a project starting from preparation, creation and presentation. Reflection is evaluation and reflection activities to explore the success, the failure and the solution. Researchers made expert judgments on the project-based learning model design for deaf students so that it was declared feasible to use. In the third phase, the researchers tested the effectiveness of the results of developing a project-based learning model for deaf students on learning independence in teaching culinary skills using the single subject research (SSR) design. The results of the effectiveness test showed that there were changes in stability and levels at the mean levels A-B-A for SNH (14%, 52%, and 80%) and NND (25%, 61%, and 87%). The research subjects obtained low scores in the overlap analysis of 12.5% for SNH and 0% for NND. This indicates that there is a change in the target behavior after being given the intervention.
