This research aims to enhance students' creativity in the topic of pyrolysis through the implementation of the read, answer, discuss, explain, and create (RADEC) instructional model. The research method used is a descriptive evaluative approach with a Plomp research design. Limited trials were conducted with 30 students in one of the Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Bandung City. The research instruments used in this study include internal and external feasibility assessment sheets, a Teaching for Creativity Observation Form (TCOF), observation sheets for assessing students' creative skills, and a student response questionnaire. Data from the assessment results were processed by assigning scores, calculating percentages, tabulating, and categorizing. The research findings indicate that the RADEC instructional model is deemed suitable based on internal feasibility assessments for the compatibility of the RADEC model stages with creativity indicators and for the model's design. It is assessed as highly effective based on external feasibility assessments for the implementation of the model and receives a high rating in the TCOF assessment. The assessment of creativity in generating creative ideas is categorized as "excellent," and the assessment of creative work is categorized as "good." Students' responses to the implementation of the RADEC model in the pyrolysis topic have been positively received, demonstrating its capability in cultivating students' creativity through active and creative learning.
