| Summary: | Tourism sector in Indonesia as one of the security sector (leading sector) is the industry that produces income, and it is expected to expand opportunity and even attempted, field work needs to be done for the development of tourism. This is in line with the provisions set forth in UU No. 10 Tahun 2009 About Tourism stating that "Development of tourism is needed to encourage equity and seeks the opportunity to obtain benefits and is able to face the challenges of life changes in local, national, and global". With the Act relating to the Undang-undang No. 32 Tahun 2004 on Regional Governance and Law (UU Otonomi Daerah) No. 33 Tahun 2004 on Fiscal Balance between Central and Local Government. Regional autonomy we demand for a wide every opportunity for cooperation among stakeholders and cultural tourism. Expectations, demands and aspirations of the stakeholders of tourism and culture can fasilitated and acomodated, both at the provincial and district / city. However, in the consignment business in the way of tourism is still experiencing many obstacles and problems. Matters that have been submitted to the Kabupaten Bandung from the data has been obtained to compare with the number of types of business in the years 2005, 2006, 2007. That in the years 2005 and 2006 the average was increasing on the number of types of business, tourist visits, and the original income. So that it can be seen from the increase in the development of tourism business after the the Act relating to the Undang-undang No. 32 of 2004 regarding Regional Government. Although the increase is not optimal with the many types of businesses that are not running in Kabupaten Bandung. |
