Development strategy of tourism in Indonesia,start aimed to find nature tourism object. This thing done to get tourist market which is start to change the oriented, the tourist prefer to choose nature tourism. One of the tourism object owned by Indonesia is agro tourism. Generally agro tourism development area in Indonesia and especially in Sukabumi regency very enables because a lot of potential area to be developed to be agro tourism area. In this research use simple linear analysis. Based on this research known that development strategy which is done in sukamanis village agro tourism area by using development strategy area based on the conservation. Development based on the conservation, pointed as construction pattern which is keeping the authenticity of agro-ecosystems by striving continuity of environment natural resources, culture, and recreation, in development of this area also must be paid attention amenity to reach location and supporting facilities for other supporters. From research done it is known that income of public in Sukamanis village can increase with developing of agro tourism.
