ABSTRAK Kabupaten Bekasi merupakan salah satu wilayah di Jawa Barat yang menjadi bukti sejarah perjuangan bangsa Indonesia dan sempat menjadi wilayah pelabuhan transit bagi para pedagang sehingga wilayah Kabupaten Bekasi didiami oleh beberapa suku. Hal ini yang menyebabkan Kabupaten Bekasi kaya akan sejarah, tradisi, budaya, dan kuliner. Satu di antara suku yang berpengaruh di Kabupaten Bekasi ialah suku Betawi yang bermigrasi akibat pembangunan di DKI Jakarta. Kuliner Betawi yang ada di Kabupaten Bekasi memiliki kekhasan karena beberapa terakulturasi dengan suku lain. Tetapi potensi kuliner Betawi yang dimiliki oleh Kabupaten Bekasi ini belum dikelola dan dikemas dengan baik dan menarik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengidentifikasi potensi, daya tarik, pola perjalanan dan paket wisata gastronomi Betawi di Kabupaten Bekasi. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, yakni metode penelitian dengan menghimpun hasil wawancara dengan narasumber, observasi pada objek, studi dokumentasi dan literature serta menggunakan teknik snowball sampling dan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini berdasarkan pada teori daya tarik wisata. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat berbagai atraksi wisata yang ada di Kabupaten Bekasi, atraksi wisata ini berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi Wisata Gastronomi Betawi di Kabupaten Bekasi. Beberapa di antaranya yakni sayur gabus pucung, dodol betawi bekasi, gondrong dan dondong burung. Berdasarkan atraksi yang ada telah terbentuk pola perjalanan dan paket wisata gastronomi betawi. Diharapkan stakeholder dapat mengelola dan mengembangkan paket wisata gastronomi yang telah terbentuk sehingga dapat menarik perhatian wisatawan baik lokal, nasional maupun internasional. Kata kunci : Pariwisata, Pola Perjalanan, Paket Wisata, Gastronomi Betawi, Kabupaten Bekasi ABSTRACT Bekasi Regency is one of the areas in West Java which is evidence of the history of the struggle of the Indonesian nation and was once a transit port area for traders so that the Bekasi Regency area is inhabited by several tribes. This has caused Bekasi Regency to be rich in history, traditions, culture, and culinary. One of the influential tribes in Bekasi Regency is the Betawi tribe who migrated due to development in DKI Jakarta. Betawi culinary in Bekasi Regency is unique because some are acculturated with other tribes. However, the potential of Betawi culinary owned by Bekasi Regency has not been managed and packaged properly and attractively. Therefore, this study aims to describe and identify the potential, attractiveness, travel patterns and Betawi gastronomic tour packages in Bekasi Regency. The method in this research uses a qualitative method, which is a research method by collecting the results of interviews with sources, observations on objects, documentation and literature studies and using snowball sampling and purposive sampling techniques. This research is based on the theory of tourist attraction. The result of this research is that there are various tourist attractions in Bekasi Regency, these tourist attractions have the potential to be developed into Betawi Gastronomy Tourism in Bekasi Regency. Some of them are sayur gabus pucung, dodol betawi bekasi, gondrong and dondong burung. Based on the existing attractions, travel patterns and Betawi gastronomy tour packages have been formed. It is expected that stakeholders can manage and develop gastronomic tourism packages that have been formed so that they can attract the attention of local, national and international tourists.
