Tujuan dari penelitian ini ada untuk mengetahui hubungan antara psychological capital dan Motivasi Intrinsik dengan mental toughness taekwondo junior Jawa Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 60 orang dengan rentang usia 15-17 tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan desain korelasional dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara psychological capital dengan mental toughness. Dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi intrinsik dengan mental toughness, serta psychological capital memiliki hasil lebih akurat dibandingkan dengan motivasi intrinsik terhadap dengan mental toughness atlet taekwondo junior Jawa Barat. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between psychological capital and Intrinsic Motivation with the mental toughness of West Java junior taekwondo. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study was 60 people with an age range of 15-17 years. The data collection technique in this study is purposive sampling. The method used is descriptive with a correlational design with the help of SPSS version 22. The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between psychological capital and mental toughness. And there is a significant relationship between intrinsic motivation and mental toughness, and psychological capital has more accurate results than intrinsic motivation for mental toughness of West Java junior taekwondo athletes.
