| Summary: | Krisis ekonomi Eropa yang berdampak ke seluruh dunia mempengaruhi perekonomian Indonesia. Banyaknya pengangguran khususnya mayoritas dari pengangguran lulusan perguruan tinggi serta kurangnya jumlah wirausaha menunjukkan rendahnya motif berwirausaha di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) memperoleh deskripsi mengenai pendidikan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan di Life School Bandung, 2) memperoleh temuan mengenai deskripsi mengenai motif berwirausaha di Life School Bandung, 3) memperoleh temuan mengenai pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan terhadap motif berwirausaha di Life School Bandung. Menurut Mulyadi (2011:98) Pendidikan dan latihan merupakan upaya pengembangan sumber daya manusia biasanya disatukan menjadi diklat (pendidikan dan latihan). Arep (2004:108) menyatakan bahwa pelatihan sebagai sumber motivasi. Pelatihan merupakan salah satu usaha untuk pengembangan SDM, terutama dalam hal pengetahuan (knowledge), kemampuan (ability), keahlian (skill), dan sikap (attitude)Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus pada peserta bimbingan belajar softskill Life School di Bandung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif, metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survey explanatory dan desain penelitian path analysis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan 1) pendidikan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan terlihat dari proses pembelajaran, kemampuan instruktur dan lingungan belajar, 2) motif berwirausaha yaitu kebutuhan kekuasaan, kebutuhan prestasi dan kebutuhan afiliasi. 3) variabel pendidikan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap motif berwirausaha. artinya apabila pendidikan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan meningkat maka motif berwirausaha akan meningkat pula atau dengan kata lain akan meningkat apabila motif berwirausaha terjadi peningkatan tingkat pendidikan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan. Types of research that is descriptive and verifikatif, the method is used by the method quantitative survey explanatory and design research path analysis. Based on the results of research shows 1) education and training entrepreneurship can be seen from the process of learning, the ability to trainers and eco learning, 2) motif entrepreneurs that needs power, needs achievements and affiliate needs. 3) The education and training entrepreneurship significantly influence positively to the motif entrepreneurs, meaning that if education and entrepreneurship training increased the motif entrepreneurs will increase or in other words will be increased if the motif entrepreneurs there is an increase levels of education and training entrepreneurship.
