Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi antara konformitas dengan kompetensi interpersonal pada siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 15 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014 yang berjumlah 253 orang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan harapan memperoleh data mengenai gambaran umum siswa yang memiliki pengaruh konformitas dengan kompetensi interpersonal. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan konformitas terhadap kompetensi interpersonal siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 15 Bandung serta upaya untuk mengembangkan kompetensi interpersonal siswa dalam bentuk program hipotetik bimbingan dan konseling pribadi sosial. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket konformitas dengan kompetensi interpersonal yang sesuai dengan indikator dari setiap variabelnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara konformitas dengan kompetensi interpersonal siswa kelas VIII, oleh karena itu dapat dinyatakan bahwa tinggi rendahnya tingkat konformitas akan secara signifikan mempengaruhi kompetensi interpersonal individu yang bersangkutan. Rekomendasi penelitian diberikan kepada a) guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk memberikan layanan informasi kepada siswa; b) berperan mengarahkan siswa menggunakan media diskusi; c) peneliti selanjutnya untuk dapat mengembangkan penelitian yang sudah ada untuk diterapkan pada tingkatan selanjutnya. Kata Kunci: Konformitas, Kompetensi Interpersonal The aim of this study is to know the contribution between conformity and interpersonal competence of students. The sample of this study is all of students in class VIII in SMP Negeri 15 Bandung 2013/2014. The total samples are 253 students. The study uses a quantitative approach in hope to obtaining a general overview of data on students who have the effect of conformity with interpersonal competence. The method used is descriptive method to describe the interpersonal competence of conformity to the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 15 Bandung as well as efforts to develop students' interpersonal competence in the form of guidance and counseling programs hypothetical social personal. The data was collected using questionnaire conformity with interpersonal competence according to indicators of each variable. The results showed a significant relationship between interpersonal competence conformity with eighth grade students, therefore it can be stated that the high and low levels of conformity will significantly affect interpersonal competence of the individual concerned. Research recommendations are given to a) teacher guidance and counseling to provide information services to students, b) directs students to use media discussion c) further research to develop existing research to be applied to the next level.
