Summary:Physical fitness has a significant impact on students' physical health, academic achievement, mental health, social skills, healthy lifestyle, values and discipline, and self-confidence, making it an important component in the holistic development of young individuals. The purpose of this study was to analyze the comparison of physical fitness levels between high school students in Nagreg and Madrasah Aliah in Cianjur. In this study, researchers used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMAN 1 Nagreg and XI MA Assaidiyyah in Cianjur totaling 50 students, while the sample in this study used a total sampling technique so that the number of samples in this study was 50 students per school. The instrument in this study used the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) with the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). The results showed that there was no comparison of physical fitness between students of SMA Negeri 1 Nagreg and Madrasa Aliah Assaidiyyah Keywords: Physical Fitness, Physical Activity, Physical Education
