Analisis Proses Berpikir Kreatif Siswa SMP Berdasarkan Tahapan Wallas dalam Menyelesaikan Soal Cerita Sistem Persamaan Linear Dua Variabel (SPLDV) Ditinjau dari Gaya Belajar. Proses berpikir kreatif merupakan salah satu cara untuk melihat persoalan dari banyak persepektif. Tahapan berpikir kreatif menurut Wallas meliputi persiapan, inkubasi, iluminasi, dan verifikasi. Kekreatifan peserta didik ketika menyelesaikan persoalan matematika dan dalam mencapai keberhasilannya dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor gaya belajar yang dimiliki peserta didik itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan gaya belajar yang dimiliki siswa, mengetahui proses berpikir kreatif siswa berdasarkan tahapan Wallas, dan mengetahui proses berpikir kreatif siswa berdasarkan tahapan Wallas dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita SPLDV ditinjau dari gaya belajar. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kulitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 42 siswa kelas VIII di salah satu Kota Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat yang telah mempelajari materi SPLDV. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket gaya belajar, tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif, dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan gaya belajar terbanyak yang dimiliki siswa adalah visual. Empat tahapan Wallas hanya dipenuhi oleh empat siswa. Tahapan terbanyak yang tidak dipenuhi oleh siswa adalah tahap verifikasi. Siswa visual tinggi tidak memenuhi semua tahapan Wallas pada soal nomor dua. Siswa visual sedang tidak memenuhi semua tahapan Wallas pada soal empat. Siswa visual rendah, tidak memenuhi semua tahapan Wallas pada soal nomor empat. Siswa auditorial dan kinestetitk tinggi, sedang, tidak memenuhi tahap verifikasi pada semua soal. Analysis of The Creative Thinking Process of Junior High School Students Based on Wallas' Stages in Solving Word Problems of The Two-Variable Linear Equation System (TVLES) in Terms of Learning Style The creative thinking process is one way to look at problems from many perspectives. The stages of creative thinking according to Wallas include preparation, incubation, illumination, and verification. The creativity of students when solving math problems and in achieving success can be influenced by learning style factors that students have themselves. This study aims to analyze and describe the learning styles of students, determine the creative thinking process of students based on Wallas' stages, and determine the creative thinking process of students based on Wallas' stages in solving SPLDV story problems in terms of learning styles. The method used in this research is a skinative approach with a case study design. The subjects in this study were 42 students of grade VIII in one of Bandung City, West Java Province who had studied SPLDV material. The data in this study were collected using a learning style questionnaire, creative thinking ability test, and interview guidelines. The results of this study show that the most common learning style owned by students is visual. Four Wallas stages were only fulfilled by four students. The most common stage not fulfilled by students is the verification stage. High visual students did not fulfill all stages of Wallas in problem number two. Medium visual students did not fulfill all stages of Wallas in question four. Low visual students, did not fulfill all of Wallas' stages in problem number four. High, medium, auditorial and kinesthetic students did not fulfill the verification stage in all problems. Keywords: Creative Thinking Ability, Wallas' Steps, Learning Style
