Penelitian dilakukan pada kelas XI IPA di salah satu SMA Negeri di kota Bandung tahun ajaran 2013/2014 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 40 orang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan menggunakan desain penelitian one shot case study design. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa task dalam bentuk LKS dan rubrik. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan LKS, rubrik, format penilaian dan angket. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menghitung perolehan persentase skor tiap siswa terhadap KPS yang dinilai serta menghitung persentase respon siswa terhadap pernyataan dalam angket. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan informasi bahwa instrumen yang disusun sudah layak digunakan untuk menilai KPS dalam kegiatan praktikum materi elastisitas dengan hasil validasi sebesar 0.780 yang berada dalam kategori tinggi dan hasil uji coba untuk menentukan ketetapan rubrik dan LKS melalui kesamaan pencapaian skor masing-masing sebesar 0.778 dan 0.650 yang juga berkategori tinggi, sedangkan hasil perhitungan reliabilitas dari LKS yang dihitung menggunakan persamaan Alpha Cronbach setelah dilakukan dua kali uji coba sebesar 0.5779 dengan kategori cukup. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa profil KPS siswa secara keseluruhan mengalami perkembangan dari kategori baik pada praktikum pertama hingga kategori sangat baik pada praktikum kedua dan ketiga. Selain itu, siswa menyetujui adanya kegiatan praktikum yang dinilai dengan penilaian kinerja untuk menilai keterampilan siswa.----- The purpose of this study is to provide information about the profile of Science Process Skills high school students in the practicum material elasticity assessed using performance assessment . The study was conducted in class XI Science in one of the high schools in Bandung academic year 2013/2014 the number of students as many as 40 people . The method used in this research is descriptive method and research design one- shot case study design . The instrument used a task in the form of worksheets and rubrics. The data collection process using worksheets , rubrics , assessment and questionnaire format . Data processing is done by calculating a percentage score for each student acquisition of the science process skills as well as calculate the percentage of assessed students' response to the statement in the questionnaire . The results of this study provide information that is already compiled a decent instrument used to assess the science process skills in the elasticity of the material practicum with the validation results for 0.780 that are in the high category and the results of trials to determine the rubric statutes and worksheets through achievement similarity scores respectively 0.778 and 0.650 were also high category, while the reliability of the results of the calculation worksheets that Cronbach alpha was calculated using the equation after the two trials was 0.5779 with enough categories . Based on the research that has been done , it can be concluded that the overall profile of science process skills students from both categories have evolved in the first lab to lab category very well in the second and third.
