Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Arsip dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Masalah yang dikaji di dalam penelitian ini adalah efektivitas kerja pegawai di Dinas Arsip dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Bandung Barat yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel, yaitu Pengunaan Aplikasi E-Office dan Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran penggunaan aplikasi e-office, tingkat efektivitas kerja pegawai dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi e-office terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Terdapat beberapa populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 52 pegawai di Dinas Arsip dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi e-office berada pada kategori cukup efektif dan efektivitas kerja pegawai berada pada kategori cukup efektif. Hasil nilai koefisien korelasi menunjukkan bahwa korelasi berada pada kategori sedang antara penggunaan aplikasi e-office terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai. Dengan demikian efektivitas kerja pegawai dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan penggunaan aplikasi e-office yang baik. Kata Kunci: Penggunaan Aplikasi E-Office, Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai This research was conducted at Dinas Arsip dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Bandung Barat. The research examines the suboptimal effectiveness of employees at the Dinas Arsip dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Bandung Barat is not yet optimal. This research consists of two variables, namely the Use of E-Office Applications and Employee Work Effectiveness. The purpose of this research was to determine the description of the use of e-office applications, the level of employee work effectiveness and to determine how much influence the use of e-office applications has on employee work effectiveness. This research uses a survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. There are several populations in this research, namely 52 employees at Dinas Arsip dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Bandung Barat. The results showed that the use of e-office applications was in the moderately effective category and the effectiveness of employee work was in the moderately effective category. The results of the correlation coefficient value show that the correlation is in the medium category between the use of e-office applications on employee work effectiveness. Thus, the effectiveness of employee work can be improved through the application of good use of office applications. Keyword: Use of e-office applications, employee job effectiveness
