Summary: | Teaching factory merupakan pembelajaran berbasis produksi yang mengacu kepada standar dan prosedur yang berlaku di industri, serta pelaksanaannya dilakukan seperti suasana yang terjadi di industri. Teaching Factory SMK 1 Kuningan memproduksi roti secara terjadwal dan pemasaran hanya dilakukan di lingkungan sekitar. Perlu dilakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan teaching factory produksi roti sebagai usaha perbaikan terus menerus. Model evaluasi yang dikembangkan adalah CIPP (Context, Input, Process dan Product) dengan alat evaluasi model CIPP berbasis web. Pengembangan alat evaluasi dilakukan dengan metode ADDIE. Hasil validasi ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli bahasa menunjukkan alat evaluasi berbasis web dinyatakan "sangat layak". Respon pengguna pada uji coba skala kecil juga menunjukkan alat evaluasi model CIPP berbasis website berada pada kategori "sangat layak'. Alat evaluasi model CIPP berbasis website selanjutnya digunakan untuk mengevaluasi keterlaksanaan teaching factory di SMK 1 Kuningan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterlaksanaan teaching factory di SMK 1 Kuningan berada pada kategori "sangat sesuai" ditinjau dari aspek context, input, process dan product. Pembelajaran teaching factory sudah sesuai untuk siswa SMK tetapi apabila ingin mengacu pada standar industri, terdapat bebera hal yang perlu diperbaiki antara lain ketersediaan SOP, penjadwalan kalibrasi dan perawatan alat serta melengkapi rambu-rambu K3. Teaching factory is a learning model that the learning activities simulated production activities in industry including standard and procedures. Teaching Factory SMK 1 Kuningan produces bread on a scheduled basis and marketed to school neighborhood. Evaluation of Teaching Factory is important as an effort for continuous improvement. The evaluation of teaching factory was conducted based on CIPP Context, Input, Process and Product) method using CIPP web-based evaluation tools. The development of evaluation tools is carried out by the ADDIE (analyze, design, develop, implementation, evaluation) method. The results showed that CIPP web-based evaluation tools was categorized as "very feasible" based on media, content and language experts and user's response. The web based CIPP model evaluation tool was then used to evaluate the implementation of the teaching factory at SMK 1 Kuningan. The results showed that the implementation of the Teaching Factory at SMK 1 Kuningan was categorized as "very agreeable" in the aspects of context, input, process, and product. Teaching factory learning model is suitable to improve vocational students' competency. However to comply with the industry's standards, there are several things to be improved namely the availability of SOPs, scheduling equipments' calibration and maintenance, and completing K3 signs. |
