Kemudahan memperoleh informasi di era digital semakin dirasakan masyarakat. Sistem Pengadaan Secara Elektronik (SPSE) yang salah satunya menghasilkan Layanan Pengadaan Secara Elektronik (LPSE) setiap Badan Publik ataupun Pemerintah Provinsi/Kota/ Kabupaten. Pemerintah terus mengembangkan inovasi SPSE agar diperoleh penyedia barang/jasa yang memenuhi prinsip-prinsip pengadaan dengan harapan menghasilkan kerja sesuai yang direncanakan. Namun itu, terkadang LPSE menyampaikan pengumuman tender dan non tender dengan identitas peserta yang dirahasiakan, memberikan informasi proses pengadaan secara rinci termasuk tidak dapat diketahui penyedia jasa/barang yang menjadi pemenang, memberikan informasi yang terbatas, tidak dapat diakses secara mudah dan tidak lengkap dikarenakan untuk bergabung (Login) membutuhkan ID dan password untuk mengakses informasi secara rinci. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh Multistakeholder terkait kebutuhan infrastruktur publik, dan mengukur kualitas penyediaan informasi infrastruktur sebagai perwujudan prinsip transparansi bidang jasa konstruksi dengan Instrument Standar Data Infrastruktur CoST (Construction Sector Transparancy) dan LPSE (Layanan Pengadaan Secara Elektronik). Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan: 1) Informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh multistakeholder terkait transparansi infrastruktur publik mengacu pada instrument CoST IDS dan LPSE yakni berkaitan dengan identitas proyek, persiapan proyek, penyelesaian proyek, proses pengadaan proyek, serta implementasi proyek, 2) Kualitas penyediaan informasi infrastruktur sebagai perwujudan prinsip transparansi bidang jasa konstruksi di Bandung Raya dengan Instrument Standar Data Infrastruktur: a) CoST (Construction Sector Transparancy). Diukur dengan 40 pertanyaan diperoleh angka rata-rata 64%, yaitu berada pada interval 60.00% - 69.00% (kategori sedang). Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa pihak penyedia informasi publik tersedia setiap saat berkaitan dengan informasi infrastruktur, dan b) LPSE (Layanan Pengadaan Secara Elektronik). Diukur dengan 27 pertanyaan diperoleh angka rata-rata 72%. yaitu berada pada interval 70.00% - 79.00%. (kategori baik). Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa pihak penyedia informasi publik tersedia setiap saat berkaitan dengan informasi infrastruktur. The public is increasingly feeling the ease of obtaining information in the digital era. With the rise of infrastructure development by the Government, the role of the community as supervisors of development needs to be increased to reduce criminal acts of corruption. Corruption can be reduced if the principle of transparency is implemented. The aim of this research is to determine the information needed by Multistakeholders regarding public infrastructure needs, and to measure the quality of providing infrastructure information as an embodiment of the principle of transparency in the construction services sector using the CoST (Construction Sector Transparency) and LPSE (Electronic Procurement Services) Infrastructure Data Standard Instruments. The type of research is qualitative research with a case study method. The results of the research state: 1) The information needed by multi-stakeholders regarding public infrastructure transparency refers to the CoST IDS and LPSE instruments, namely related to project identity, project preparation, project completion, project procurement process, and project implementation, 2) The quality of providing infrastructure information as an embodiment principles of transparency in the construction services sector in Greater Bandung with Infrastructure Data Standard Instruments: a) CoST (Construction Sector Transparency). Measured with 40 questions, an average figure of 64% was obtained, which is in the interval 60.00% - 69.00% (medium category). This indicates that public information providers are available at all times regarding infrastructure information, and b) LPSE (Electronic Procurement Services). Measured with 27 questions, an average figure of 72% was obtained. namely in the interval 70.00% - 79.00%. (good category). This indicates that public information providers are available at all times regarding infrastructure information.
