Summary:Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas permainan lompat tali (jump rope) terhadap kebugaran jasmani siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII MTs Mohamad Toha Cimahi. Pemilihan sampel, peneliti menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, sampel yang diambil yaitu siswa kelas VII sebanyak 48 siswa dari hasil pengundian. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah TKJI (Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Z_hitung sebesar 3,33 sedangkan Z_(tabel )¬¬¬¬ 1,644, maka Z_hitung > Z_(tabel )sehingga H_0 ditolak dan H_1 diterima. Maka dari itu, aktivitas permainan jump rope memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas VII di MTs Mohamad Toha Cimahi. Rekomendasi penelitian ini bagi sekolah dapat dijadikan rujukan bahwa permainan jump rope yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini dapat menambah pembendaharaan permainan-permainan yang dapat meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani siswa. Kata kunci : permainan lompat tali, kebugaran jasmani The aim of this research is to find out the influence of the activity of jump rope game to student's physical fitness. The method used is an experiment with One Group Pretest - Posttest Design Group. The population of this research are all of 7th grade students of MTs Mohamad Toha Cimahi. In selecting the samples, the researcher used simple random sampling technique, samples was taken from 7th grade student about 48 students from the results of the draw. Instruments used is Indonesia's Physical Fitness Test, which known as TKJI (Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia). The research showed that Z_count about 3.33 and Z_(count )¬¬¬¬ was 1.644, so Z_count>Z_(table )so that H_0 was rejected and H_1 was accepted. Therefore, jump rope game activity give a positive influence to student's physical fitness to 7th grade students of MTs Mohamad Toha Cimahi. The recommendation of this research can be used as a reference that jump rope game which have been applied in this research would add the treasury of games which can increase student's physical fitness.
