Summary: | Abstract: Implementing Mind Mapping Learning to Improve Student Writing Poetry Skills in Third Grade at 06 Cibogo Elementery School Regency West Bandung. The aim of this research is the improve student writing poetry skills in third after implementing mind mapping learning and was conducted through four stages which is an adaptation of a model Kemmis and Mc. Taggart, including planning, implementation planning implementation, observation, and reflection. After three cycles of research carried out by implementing a learning mind mapping, the average grades of students in cycle I was 61,86 with a percentage 55,55% mastery learning. In cycle II the average value of students increased to 76,70 with the percentage of completeness becomes 69,70%. A very significant increase in capability can be seen in cycle III with average gtades and mastery learning 94,01 to 100%. Based on the above data, the ability to write poem grade 3 Public Elementary School ^ Cibogo may increase after implementing the learning mind mapping. Abstrak: Implementasi Pembelajaran Mind Mapping untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Menulis Puisi Siswa Kelas 3 Sekolah Dasar Negeri 6 Cibogo Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas III dengan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran mind mapping dan dilakukan melalui empat tahapan yang merupakan adaptasi dari model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Setelah dilaksanakan penelitian sebanyak tiga siklus, perolehan nilai rata-rata siswa pada siklus I adalah 61,86 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar 55,55%. Pada siklus II nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 76,70 dengan persentase ketuntasan menjadi 69,70%. Peningkatan kemampuan yang sangat signifikan dapat terlihat pada siklus III dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata 94,01 dan ketuntasan belajar mencapai 100%. Berdasarkan data di atas, maka kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas 3 SD Negeri 6 Cibogo dapat meningkat setelah mengimplementasikan pembelajaran mind mapping.
