PENGARUH ORIENTASI PROFESIONAL DAN ORIENTASI MANAJERIAL TERHADAP KONFLIK PERAN DALAM PARTISIPASI PENYUSUNAN ANGGARAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh orientasi profesional dan orientasi manajerial terhadap konflik peran dalam partisipasi penyusunan anggaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis. Unit analisis dan unit observasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Ketua Program Studi di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling. Teknik probability sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Sampel yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 84 responden. Analisis statistik yang dipakai adalah analisis jalur yang diolah dengan SPSS ver.20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; pertama, tidak terdapat pengaruh positif antara orientasi profesional dengan konflik peran. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan antara orientasi manajerial dengan konflik peran. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara orientasi profesional dengan partisipasi penyusunan anggaran. Keempat, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara orientasi manajerial dengan partisipasi penyusunan anggaran. Kelima, tidak terdapat pengaruh positif antara konflik peran dengan partisipasi penyusunan anggaran. Keenam, terdapat pengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan antara orientasi profesional dengan konflik peran dalam partisipasi penyusunan anggaran. Ketujuh, tidak terdapat pengaruh positif antara orientasi manajerial dengan konflik peran dalam partisipasi penyusunan anggaran. This study aims to find out the effects of managerial and professional orientation towards role conflict in budgeting's participation. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis. Unit analysis and observation of this study is the Head of Departments in Indonesia University of Education. Primary data is also used in this study. In analyzing the data, this study applied probability sampling especially simple random sampling. There are 84 samples of respondent. Statistical analysis used in this study is line analysis which was processed by SPSS ver.20. The result of this study showed that: First, there is no positive effect between professional orientation and role conflict. Second, there is less significant positive effect between managerial orientation and role conflict. Third, there is positive effect but not significant between professional orientation and budgeting participation. Fourth, there is significant positive effect between managerial orientation and budgeting participation. Fifth, there is no positive effect between role conflict and budgeting participation. Sixth, there is less significant positive effect between professional orientation and role conflict in budgeting participation. Seventh, there is no significant positive effect between managerial orientation and role conflict in budgeting participation.
