520 | |a This research is about the inclusive education. Inclusive education is education for all which accommodates all students needs regardless their disabilities. This research is applied in four inclusive state junior high schools in Payakumbuh. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the inclusive education in four state junior high schools in Payakumbuh (inclusive culture, inclusive policies and the inclusive practices). The research method used is mixed method using sequential explanatorydesign. The result of this research shows that the implementation of the inclusive education is considered good because all data collected is between 61%-80%.While the qualitative data collected shows that the inclusive culture, inclusive policies and the inclusive practices haven't been implemented well. However, the four schools observed are trying to provide the best inclusive education. The recommendation of this result for the schools are to provide the expert in special needs education, pay more attention to the accessibility for all students especially those who are having impairments. Penelitian ini tentang pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif. Pendidikan inklusif merupakan pendidikan untuk semua yang mengakomodasi seluruh kebutuhan anak tanpa membeda-bedakannya, baik itu anak yang mengalami hambatan, maupun yang tidak serta melayani peserta didik sesuai kebutuhannya. Penelitian ini di lakukan di empat SMP Negeri yang berada di kota Payakumbuh yang telah inklusif. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di SMP Negeri kota Payakumbuh (budaya inklusif, kebijakan inklusif, dan praktek inklusif). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian campuran atau yang lebih dikenal dengan mixed method. Sedangkan desain yang digunakan dalam penenelitiannya adalah sequential explanatory. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif tergolong ke dalam kategori yang baik karena semua data yang diperoleh berada dalam rentang 61%-80%. Sedangkan data kualitatif yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa budaya, kebijakan, dan praktek inklusif belum terlaksana dengan sempurna.Tetapi keempat sekolah yang diteliti telah berusaha untuk melaksanakan pendidikan inklusif yang terbaik. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini khususnya bagi sekolah adalah menyediakan tenaga ahli di bidang ilmu pendidikan khusus atau GPK, lebih memperhatikan lagi aksesibilitas bagi semua siswa khususnya siswa yang mengalami hambatan. | ||
