Sripksi ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh penelitian mengenai seberapa besar "Pengaruh Layanan Administrasi Terhadap Pemimpin Dalam Pengambilan Keputusan Pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kota Cimahi". Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 66 responden yang terdiri dari 33 Kepala Sekolah dan 33 Kepala Tata Usaha. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket tertutup dengan empat skala (Likert). Hasil perhitungan kecenderungan umum menggunakan Weighted Means Score (WMS) menunjukkan bahwa efektifitas layanan administrasi termasuk kategori sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 3,37 dan pemimpin dalam pengambilan keputusan kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 2,83. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa variabel X dan Y berdistribusi normal, selanjutnya analisis data menggunakan statistik parametrik. Analisis korelasi antara variabel X terhadap Y sebesar 0,465 artinya kedua variable pada tingkat hubungan cukup kuat dan terdapat korelasi yang positif. Hasil uji signifikansi korelasi dengan uji-t pada variabel X terhadap Y diperoleht_hitung> dari t_tabel (4,203 > 1,86) artinya koefisien korelasi yang ditemukan adalah signifikan (dapat diberlakukan untuk populasi dimana sampel diambil). Analisis korelasi dapat dilanjutkan dengan menghitung koefisien determinasi. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi yaitu variabel X memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel Y sebesar 21,6% sedangkan sisanya 78,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara efektifitas layanan administrasi terhadap pemimpin dalam pengambilan keputusan pada sekolah menengah pertama di kota cimahi. ABSTRACT This Script is to obtain research on how big "Leader Influencment Against Administrative Service Decision Making In high school Cimahi". The method used in this research is descriptive method with kuantitiatif approach. The population in this study was 66 respondents consisting of 33 Principals and 33 Head of Administration. The data was collected using a questionnaire enclosed with four scale (Likert). The results of calculations using the general preference Weighted Score Means (WMS) showed that the effectiveness of administrative services including the excellent category with an average score of 3.37 and a leader in the category of good decision making with an average score of 2.83. Normality test results showed that the variables X and Y are normally distributed, further analysis of the data using parametric statistics. Analysis of the correlation between the variables X to Y of 0.465 means that the two variables at the level of the relationship is strong enough and there is a positive correlation. Results of tests of significance of correlation with the t-test on the variable X to Y retrieved t_hitung> of t_tabel (4.203> 1.86) means that the coefficient is significant correlation was found (can be applied to populations where the sample was taken). Correlation analysis can proceed by calculating the coefficient of determination. The result of the determination coefficient of variable X to variable Y effect by 21.6% while the remaining 78.4% is influenced by other factors. Based on these results, we can conclude that there is a positive and significant relationship between the effectiveness of administrative services to leaders in decision-making in secondary schools in the city cimahi
