Salah satu program pembinaanbagiremajaadalahkegiatankepramukaan. Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahuigambaransecarakonkretbagaimanapenyusunan program kegiatankepramukaansebagaiupayameningkatkankepercayaandiriremajatunalaras, pelaksanaankegiatankepramukaansebagaiupayameningkatkankepercayaandiriremajatunalaras, hambatan yang dihadapisertaupaya yang dilakukanuntukmengatasihambatanpelaksanaankegiatankepramukaansebagaiupayameningkatkankepercayaandiriremajatunalaras. Metode yang digunakandalampenelitianiniadalahmetodedeskriptifdenganmenggunakanpendekatankualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah satu orangpelatihkegiatankepramukaan, satu orang Kepala Sub SeksiPembinaandanPerawatanLembagaPemasyarakatanNarkotikaKelas II Bandung danpesertakegiatankepramukaan. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi, perpanjanganpengamatandanmember chek. Kesimpulandalampenelitianiniyaitu di dalampelaksanaankegiatankepramukaanterdapatkegiatan yang dapatmeningkatkankepercayaandiriremajatunalaras di antaranyamelaluikegiatan pioneering, PBB dansandi. Namunmekanismepelaksanaankegiatan yang samauntuksetiapremajatunalarasmemberikanhasil yang berbedabagisetiapremajatunalaras. Sehinggaimplikasidalampenelitianiniadalahdilakukakanidentifikasiterhadapkebutuhanmasing-masingremajatunalarasdanmenyusun program kegiatankepramukaan yang sesuaidengankebutuhanmasing-masingwargabinaan. Self- confidence is the most basic requirement for every individual. It is not exception for unsociable adolescents who is undergoing training in prison. Legal proceedings which are undertaken and the situation in the prison often erodesof prisoners' confidence in this case is unsociable adolescents. Coaching program through various activities which are provided to the prisoners is one of the efforts that is made by the Penitentiary to build prisoners' confidence before they are returned to the society. One of coaching program is scouting activities. This study aims to describe in concrete how the composing of scouting program activities as an effort to increase the self-confidence of unsociable adolescents, the implementation of scouting activities as an effort to increase unsociable adolescents' confidence, the obstacles faced and the efforts made to overcome the barriers of implementation of scouting activities as the effort to boost unsociable adolescents' confidence. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Thesubjects in this study are the coaches of scouting activities, the Head of Sub-Section of the Development and Maintenance of Class II Narcotics Penitentiary in Bandung and participants of scouting activities. The data are collected by several ways such as observation, interview, and documentation. Data validity checking techniques is using triangulation techniques, the extension of the observations and the member check. The conclusion of this research is, the implementation of scouting activities are the activities that can boost confidence among unsociable adolescent through pioneering activities, PBB and coding. However, the implementation mechanisms of the same activities for every unsociable adolescent give different results. Thus, the implication of this research is the identification ofunsociable adolescent prisoner's needs. |
