Tesis ini berkaitan dengan EQ dan SQ guru SMK di Bandung kaitannya dengan Kinerja mereka sebagai guru. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan antara EQ dari seorang guru dengan kinerja, bagaimana hubungan antara SQ dari seorang guru dengan kinerja dan bagaimana hubungan antara EQ dan SQ dari seorang guru dengan kinerja. Penelitian mengambil sampel di 4 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Bandung. Untuk tujuan ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan teknik pengambilan data yaitu total sampling dari 42 responden di 4 SMK sedangkan instrumen dari penelitian ini berupa tes dan observasi. Adapun yang menjadi sampel dari penelitian adalah guru-guru SMK 2, 4, 6 dan 8 Bandung. Hasil penelitian mengenai Evaluasi EQ dan SQ Guru Kaitannya dengan Kinerja di SMK Kota Bandung memperoleh beberapa simpulan. Pertama, dari hasil analisis data penelitian menggunakan program SPSS diperoleh nilai r = 0,347 dengan probabilitas = 0,000 < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak, yang berarti EQ (X1) dikategorikan memiliki hubungan dengan Kinerja (Y) guru di SMKN 2, 4, 5 dan 6 Bandung.Kedua, dari hasil analisis data penelitian menggunakan program SPSS diperoleh nilai r = 0,509 dengan probabilitas = 0,000 < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak, yang berarti SQ (X2) dikategorikan memiliki hubungan dengan Kinerja (Y) guru di SMKN 2, 4, 5 dan 6 Bandung. Ketiga, dari hasil analisis data penelitian menggunakan program SPSS diperoleh nilai R = 0.550, yang berarti bahwa variabel dependent dan independent dapat dikategorikan memiliki hubungan linear yang kuat. Kemudian, diperoleh angka Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,302 atau 30,2%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa EQ dan SQ berpengaruh sebesar 30,2% terhadap Kinerja guru di SMKN 2, 4, 5 dan 8 Bandung. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 69,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel atau faktor lain diluar penelitian. The study aims to determine how the relationship between the EQ of a teacher with performance, how the relationship between the SQ of a teacher with the performance and how the relationship between EQ and SQ from a teacher with the performance. The study took samples at 4 Vocational High School in Bandung. For this purpose, the method used is descriptive research methods and techniques of data collection and sampling of the total 42 respondents in 4 students while the instrument is in the form of research tests and observation. As a sample of the research is the teachers of SMK 2, 4, 6 and 8 in. Evaluation of the results of research on EQ and SQ Master Connection with Performance in vocational Bandung obtain some conclusions. First, the results of the data analysis using SPSS values obtained r = 0,347 with probability = 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected, which means EQ (X1) has a relationship with performance (Y) teacher at SMK 2, 4, 5 and 6 Bandung.Kedua, results of data analysis using SPSS values obtained r = 0.509 with probability = 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected, which means SQ (X2) has a relationship with performance (Y) teacher at SMK 2 , 4, 5 and 6 in. Third, the results of the data analysis using SPSS obtained value of R = 0.550, which means that the dependent variable and independent can be categorized as having a strong linear relationship. Then, the figure Adjusted R Square of 0.302 or 30.2%. This indicates that the EQ and SQ effect of 30.2% on teacher performance in N 2, 4, 5 and 8 in.
