Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi electronic procurement (e-proc) dalam pengadaan barang/jasa terhadap perwujudan good governance di Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Cimanuk - Cisanggarung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah staff Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Cimanuk - Cisanggarung dan penyedia barang/jasa sebagai rekanan atau peserta pada kegiatan lelang pengadaan barang/jasa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket atau kuesioner dan teknik analisisnya menggunakan covariance based (CB)- SEM dengan bantuan software AMOS. Hasil dari pengujian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari implementasi electronic procurement (e-proc) dalam pengadaan barang/jasa terhadap perwujudan good governance di Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Cimanuk - Cisanggarung. This research was aimed at finding out the correlation between the implementation of electronic procurement (e-proc) in goods/services procurement toward the realization of good governance At Balai Besar Cimanuk - Cisanggarung river areas. Quantitatif method was used in order to find the related data to the research. The population were staffs of Balai Besar Cimanuk- Cisanggarung river areas and supplyers of goods and services as the business partner. The techique of sampling which has been used is purposive sampling technique. The questionnaire was chosen as the instrument to collect the data needed. The data obtained, then, were analyzed used covariance based (CB)-SEM and AMOS as the software assistance. The result of the research showed that there is a significantly positive correlation between the implementation of electronic procurement (e-proc) in goods/services procurement toward the realization of good governance at Balai Besar Cimanuk - Cisanggarung River Areas.
