Metodepenelitian yang digunakanadalahmetodeSurvey. Ukuranpopulasipenelitianiniadalahpegawai di PT.PosIndonesia(Persero)Indramayu yang berjumlah 61 orang. Teknikpengumpulan data yang digunakanadalahwawancaradanpenyebaranangketdenganmenggunakanskalarating scale. Teknikanalisis data yang digunakanadalahanalisisregresisederhana. Berdasarkanhasilpenelitian di PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Indramayu, diperolehinformasibahwaterdapatpengaruhpositifdansignifikangayakepemimpinantransformasionalterhadapefektivitaskerjapegawai, Namundemikian, efektivitaskerjapegawaitidakhanyadipengaruhiolehgayakepemimpinantransformasionalsaja, adafaktor lain yang jugaberpengaruh, yang tidakdikajidalampenelitianini Kata Kunci: Gaya KepemimpinanTransformasional, EfektivitasKerja .   The issue that is analyzed in this study is the working effectiveness of the employees in PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Indramayu which is not yet maximum. Which is characterized by the performance result obtained by employees in each quarter. This study consist of two variables :transformasional leadership style (X) and working effectiveness of employees (Y). This study aims to determine the level of transformational leadership style, to know the level working effectiveness of employees, and than to know how much the transformational leadership style level influence the working effectiveness of employees. The method used for this study is a survey method. The size of this study population were employees in PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Indramayu were 61. Data collection technique is done by conducing interviews and giving questionnaire using rating scale measurement. The data analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis. Based on the research result in PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero)Indramayu, obtained the information that there is a positive and significant effect the transformational leadership style to working effectiveness of employees.However, effectiveness of employees in PT.Pos Indonesia (persero)Indramayu is not only influenced by transformational leadership style there are the other factors (epsilon) which also affects which are not examined in this research.
