Kebangkrutan menjadi fokus dalam bidang manajemen keuangan pada perusahaan yang mengalami kesulitan keuangan. Untuk melihat tanda-tanda awal kebangkrutan diperlukan model analisis prediksi kebangkrutan yang berguna bagi pihak manajemen, kreditor, investor, dan pemerintah. Perusahaan Subsector Telecommunications Equipment yang terdaftar di Nasdaq merupakan industri telekomunikasi yang mengalami penurunan laba. Sehingga perusahaan harus menanganinya dengan cepat dan tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai kebangkrutan dengan menggunakan model Altman 2) untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai kebangkrutan dengan menggunakan model Springate 3) untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai kebangkrutan dengan menggunakan model Zmijewski. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Laporan Keuangan Perusahaan Subsector Telecommunications Equipment yang terdaftar di Nasdaq periode 2009-2013. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, dengan desain penelitian time series design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Altman lebih menggambarkan kondisi perusahaan yang sesungguhnya dibandingkan dengan model Springate dan Zmijewski Bankruptcy became a focus in the field of financial management in companies experiencing financial distress. To see the early signs of bankruptcy required bankruptcy prediction analysis model that is useful for management, creditors, investors, and governments. Telecommunications Equipment Subsector company listed on the Nasdaq is telecommunications industry decreased profit. So the company should be handle it quickly and accurately. The purpose of this study was 1) to obtain an overview of bankruptcy using the Altman models 2) to obtain an overview of bankruptcy using Springate models 3) to obtain an overview of bankruptcy using Zmijewski models. Objects of this study is the Financial Statements Subsector Telecommunications Equipment Company listed on the Nasdaq 2009-2013 period. The research used is descriptive, the research design of this study is a time series desigh. The results show that Altman models better describe the true condition of the company compared to the model Springate and Zmijewski
