Penelitian ini berlatar belakang tentang industri kreatif Indonesia yang memproduksi barang dengan cara manual atau mengandalkan kemampuan manusia yang dibatasi oleh konsistensi dalam menghasilkan produk. Teknologi CNC sudah dikenal memiliki akurasi dan ketepatan dalam produksi serta merupakan penyempurnaan dari proses produksi manual dan sudah lama digunakan oleh industri manufaktur. Penelitian ini memperkenalkan teknologi CNC kepada industri kreatif, dengan pelatihan CNCAdvanced untuk menghasilkan kompetensi CNC. Hasil pelatihan CNCAdvanced diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap perkembangan industri kreatif Indonesia dalam membuat produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi hasil pelatihan CNCAdvanced terhadap perkembangan industri kreatif Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan di proyek pelatihan CNCAdvanced PT.ATF. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis dengan teknik penelitian korelasional memperkirakan hubungan antara pelatihan CNCAdvanced dengan hasil pelatihan, dan hasil pelatihan CNCAdvanced dengan perkembangan industri kreatif. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian: (1) adanya kontribusi pelatihan CNCAdvanced terhadap hasil pelatihan berupa kompetensi CNC pada tingkatan sangat kuat (92%), dan (2) adanya kontribusi hasil pelatihan CNCAdvanced terhadap produktivitas industri kreatif pada tingkatan sangat kuat (96%). Rekomendasi yang bisa disampaikan sesuai manfaat penelitian yang diharapkan bahwa (1) Pelatihan CNCAdvanced dapat menjadi rujukan pelatihan vokasional yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pekerja dalam meningkatkan kompetensi untuk mendukung berkembangnya industri kreatif Indonesia dan (2) Pelatihan CNCAdvanced dapat menjadi media untuk mensosialisasikan perkembangan teknologi terutama yang berkaitan dengan CNC, agar dapat tersebar luas tidak hanya kalangan industri manufaktur akan tetapi industri lain seperti industri kreatif. This research background on Indonesia's creative industries producing goods by hand or rely on the human ability that is limited by the consistency in producing the product. CNC technology has been known to have accuracy and precision in production as well as a refinement of the manual production process and has long been used by the manufacturing industry. This study introduces CNC technology to the creative industries, with training CNCAdvanced to generate CNC competence. CNCAdvanced training results are expected to contribute to the development of Indonesia's creative industry in making the product. This study aims to determine the contribution of training CNCAdvanced to the develop of creative industries in Indonesia. The study was conducted at the CNCAdvanced training project PT.ATF. The method used is descriptive analysis of the correlational research techniques estimate the relationship between CNCAdvanced training with the results of training, and the CNCAdvanced training results with the development of creative industries. Conclusion of the study: (1) The contribution of the CNCAdvanced training against the result of training in the form of CNC competency at very strong levels (92%), and (2) The contribution of the results of CNCAdavanced training against productivity creative industries at very strong levels (96%). Recommendations can be submitted in accordance expected benefits of the research that: (1) CNCAdvanced Training can be a reference vocational training according to the needs of workers in improving the competence to support the development of creative industry in Indonesia and (2) CNCAdvanced Training be a media to disseminate technological developments, especially with regard the CNC, in order to spread not only the manufacturing industry but other industries such as the creative industries.
