Kemajuan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di berbagai bidang sangat bermanfaat, salah satunya sudah dapat diterapkan pada perusahaan dan organisasiuntuk mengerjakan dan menyelesaikan setiap aktifitasnya. Contohnya informasi yang digunakan oleh bagian gudang di mebel berupa bahan baku pembuatan barang- barang furniture. Pada intinya sistem tersebut mencakup semua proses bisnis yang terjadi di bagian gudang mebel tersebut. Dengan menggunakan metode peramalan weighted moving average dan simple exponential smoothing yang di implementasikan pada aplikasi ini,dapat memudahkan bagian gudang dalam meramalkan berapa jumlah barang persediaan yang akan dipesan kembali ke suplier untuk periode berikut nya. Dari Hasil penelitian dengan sampel 10 item bahan baku yang di pesan selama 8 bulan,rata- rata selisih antara hasil peramalan weighted moving average dan simple exponential smoothing dengan data yang ada di bagian gudang sangat jauh, sehingga dengan menggunakan peramalan weighted moving average dan simple exponential smoothing yang di implementasikan pada aplikasi perbandingan weighted moving average dan simple exponential smoothing dalam penentuan jumlah barang yang akan di pesan untuk periode berikutnya dapat membantu meramalkan jumlah bahan baku yang akan di pesan kembali ke suplier untuk periode berikutnya. Kata Kunci : Peramalan, Weighted Moving Average, Simple Exponential Smoothing The advancement of information and communication technologies (ICT) in various fields are very benefit, one of which can be applied to the companies and organizations to work and complete each activity. For example the information used by the warehouse in the form of raw material for making furniture goods. Basically the system includes all business processes that occur in the furniture warehouse. By using weighted moving average and simple exponential smoothing forecasting method that implementate to this aplication, can facilitate the warehouse in predicting some amount of supplies that will be ordered back to the supplier for the next period. From the results of the study with the sample of 10 items of raw materials ordered for 8 months, the average different between the weighted moving average and simple exponential smoothing forecasting results with existing data in the warehouse is very far. So by using weighted moving average and simple exponential smoothing forecasting that implemented on the application of comparative weighted moving average and simple exponential smoothing. In the determination of the amount that will be ordered for the next period can help to forecast some amount of supplies that will be ordered back to the supplier for the next period.
