Summary:The increase in the number of tourists to Bandung increasing the number of hotels in Bandung. This increase must be balanced with concern from the tourism industry / hospitality in managing the environment. In this case the tourism industry / hospitality should apply the concept of sustainable development as a form of responsibility in protecting the environment in the present and the future. To encourage hotel managers active in improving the management of the green environment in Indonesia, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy held a Green Hotel Award program. Novotel Bandung is one of the award winning hotel. This should be used as a strategy in creating guest loyalty. The problems discussed in this study is how the image in Novotel Bandung as a Green Hotel by guests perception, loyalty guests at Novotel Bandung, and how the influence of Green Hotels Image towards guest loyalty. In this study there are two variables: Image Green Hotel as an independent variable (X) and guest loyalty variables as the dependent variable (Y). The method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach with a view to find a description and the response from the majority population of the research object to Image Green Hotels and guest loyalty. In analyzing the data, this study uses a simple linear regression analysis. The amount of sample used for the study of 100 respondents. Based on the results of this study indicate that the Image Green Hotels (X) according to guest responses are in the strong category. Furthermore, guests at Novotel Bandung Loyalty is in a category is quite high. The influence of Image Green Hotels to Loyalty guest at Novotel Bandung obtained correlation value of 50,5%. The calculation of the coefficient of determination, obtained by the following equation: Y = 8.367 +0.480 X. This means that if the variable Image Green Hotels (X) is 0 or there is no Image Green Hotel, the guest loyalty variable values (Y) is 8,367. While the regression coefficient b means while Image Green Hotels (X) increased by 1 unit, then the loyalty of guests at the Novotel Bandung will increase 0.480.
