Bella Muhammad Anugrah (1001874). Kegiatan pengelolaan perpustakaan Sekolah saat ini masih belum berjalan dengan baik, terutama dalam pelaksanaan program perpustakaan. Hal itu disebabkan karena kurang efektifnya kepala perpustakaan dalam melakukan koordinasi. Program perpustakaan sekolah yang dimaksud yaitu pada SMA Pasundan 3 Bandung,. Kurang efektifnya koordinasi yang dilakukan kepala perpustakaan kepada pimpinan sekolah, staff sekolah dan juga guru pengajar menjadi penyebab utama permasalahan program ini belum berjalan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas koordinasi kepala perpustakaan dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan pemustaka pada SMA Pasundan 3 Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode ini bersifat menggambarkan pengaruh dari kedua variabel yaitu, koordinasi sebagai variabel bebas dan bimbingan pemustaka sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada pimpinan dan staff pengajar SMA Pasundan 3 Bandung. Dari data yang diperoleh mengenai gambaran variabel bebas, bahwa kegiatan koordinasi yang efektif dilakukan sebesar 72,35% artinya kepala perpustakaan cukup efektif melakukan koordinasi, kemudian untuk gambaran mengenai variabel terikat yaitu keberhasilan program bimbingan pemustaka yang dilakukan kepala perpustakaan didapat hasil sebesar 79,61% artinya pelaksanaan program bimbingan pemustaka berhasil dilakukan setelah menilai kompetensi yang dimiliki para siswa mengenai pemanfaatan perpustakaan, maka dapat dihubungkan antara koordinasi dan bimbingan pemustaka yang hasilnya berdampak pada keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan program dengan persentase sebesar 28,94% yang artinya berpengaruh cukup kuat. Dari penjabaran tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa koordinasi cukup berpengaruh kuat dalam pelaksanaan program perpustakaan khususnya program bimbingan pemusaka. School library management activities are still not going well, especially in the implementation of the program library. It is caused due to a lack of effective coordination in the head librarian. School library program is meant that the Bandung Pasundan 3 high school. Lack of effective coordination is done head to the leadership of the school library, school staff and teachers have become the main cause of the problem the program is not running. The purpose of this study is to determine how effective coordination in the implementation of the head librarian at the Bandung Pasundan 3 high school user guidance. The method used in this study uses descriptive research method with a quantitative approach, this method is describe the effect of two variables, that is coordinating as an independent variable and the guidance of the visitors as the dependent variable. The study was carried out to the leadership and faculty Bandung Pasundan 3 high school. From the data obtained regarding the description of the independen variables, that the effective coordination of activities carried out at 72,35% means that the head is quite effectuve to coordinate the library, then to a description of the dependent variable is the success of the mentoring program made chief librarian user can results of 79,61% means that the mplementation of the user guidance program successfully done after assessing the competency of the students regarding the use of the library, it can be connected between the coordination and guidance of the visitors that the results have an impact on the success of the implementation of the program with a persentage of 28,94%, which means the effect is strong enough. From the explanation it can be concluded that coordination is a strong influence in the implementation of programs, especially library user guidance program.
