This research aimed to find out the effectiveness of career guidance program to enhance career identity of college students. Quantitative-qualitative approach was used in this research. Research and development design to evaluate the effectivity of intervention used one group pretest-posttest design. Research conducted in accountant major by taking students from first year (2013/2014) as research participants using purposive sampling technique. Data was collected by using career identity scale.
