Summary

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri se-Kota Cirebon, padahal lulusan SMK dicetak untuk siap bekerja dan mampu menciptakan lapangan kerja sendiri (berwirausaha). Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan sikap kewirausahaan dengan minat berwirausaha. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri se-Kota Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey eksplanatory. Jumlah sampel 270 orang siswa yang diambil secara proportionate random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan The Spearman Rank Order Correlation Coefficient. Temuan penelitian, sebagai berikut: (1) sikap kewirausahaan siswa tergolong sangat tinggi, (2) minat berwirausaha siswa tergolong sangat tinggi (3) terdapat hubungan yang positif antara sikap kewirausahaan dengan minat berwirausaha. Rekomendasi kepada SMK Negeri se-Kota Cirebon harus dapat memahami faktor-faktor yang memiliki hubungan dengan minat berwirausaha baik dari faktor sikap kewirausahaan ataupun faktor-faktor lain yang diduga memiliki hubungan dengan minat berwirausaha, guna mendorong minat berwirausaha siswa. The problem in this research is the lack of interest in entrepreneurship students of class XII SMK as the city of Cirebon, whereas printed vocational graduates to be ready to work and be able to create their own jobs (self-employed). The aim of the study was to determine the relationship of entrepreneurial attitude with interest in entrepreneurship. Subjects in this study were students of class XII SMK as the city of Cirebon. The method used in this research is survey explanatory. The number of samples taken 270 students are proportionate random sampling. Data were analyzed using the Spearman Rank Order Correlation Coefficient. The findings of the study, as follows: (1) the entrepreneurial attitudes of students classified as very high, (2) interest in entrepreneurship students classified as very high (3) there is a positive relationship between entrepreneurial attitude with interest in entrepreneurship. Recommendations to SMK as the city of Cirebon should be able to understand the factors that have a good relationship with interest in entrepreneurship from an entrepreneurial attitude factors or other factors are suspected of having links with the interest in entrepreneurship, in order to encourage students' interest in entrepreneurship.
