Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dividen, profitabilitas, dan earning per share (EPS) terhadap harga saham baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena masih banyak perbedaan antara satu penelitian dengan penelitian lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder.Populasi berasal dari perusahaan- perusahaan go public yang tergabung dalam indeks kompas 100 di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2009-2013. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive diperoleh sampel 15 perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti tidak bermaksud untuk menggeneralisasi sampel pada populasi. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda diperoleh hasil yang menyatakan bahwa ketiga variabel yaitu dividen, profitabilitas, dan earning per share (EPS) berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham baik secara parsial maupun simultan (bersama-sama). Dari hasil koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R Square 53,7%. Hal ini berarti sebanyak 53,7% variabel dependen dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 46,3% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. The objective of this research is to examine the effect of dividend, profitability, and earning per share (EPS) on stock price. This research was taken because there are still differences between the research with each other. This research was conducted using secondary data. The population was taken from the go public companies that listed by Kompas 100 index in Bursa Efek Indonesia or Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2009-2013. By using the purposive sampling technique the researcher obtained 15 companies. Therefore, the researcher is not to generalize the samples to this population. This research using multiple regression analysis. According to this research result, the multiple regression analysis shows that dividend, profitability, and earning per share (EPS) were effected positively on stock price both partially and simultantly. The determination coefficient shows the R Square is 53.7%. The 53.7% dependent variable could be explained by independent variables. Beside the rest of 46.3% could be explained by other factors which is not included in this research
