Dalam melaksanakan quick count digunakan metode sampling tertentu. Stratified random sampling merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk analisis quick count. Stratified random sampling membagi populasi yang heterogen ke dalam sub-sub populasi (stratum) yang homogen. Pengambilan sampel dari setiap stratum yang homogen dapat merepresentasikan karakteristik populasi dengan baik. Analisis quick count dengan menggunakan stratified random sampling berhasil memprediksi urutan pemenang dari satu sampai delapan dalam Pemilu Walikota Bandung 2013 dengan presisi yang kecil yaitu 1,05%. Kata kunci : Pemilu, Quick Count, Metode Stratified Random Sampling, Akurasi, Presisi Quick count is a prediction of the result of Pemilu (General Election). It also can detect if there is a deviation in the Pemilu. Some sampling method can be used to do a quick count, one of them is stratified random sampling. Stratified random sampling divide the heterogeneous population into several homogeneous parts (stratum). The sampling from these parts could represent the characteristic of the population properly. The quick count analysis that used the stratified random sampling succeeded predict the rank of Mayor of Bandung election in 2013 with only an error of 1,05%.
