| Summary: | Penelitian bertujuan menghasilkan program bimbingan dan konseling melalui teknik sosiodrama yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kecakapan emosional siswa yang meliputi kemampuan kesadaran diri, pengaturan diri, motivasi, empati, dan kecakapan membina hubungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah eksperimen kuasi dengan desain non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group design. Subyek penelitian siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Depok Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas kecakapan emosional siswa berada pada kategori sedang. Program bimbingan dan konseling melalui teknik sosiodrama terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan kecakapan emosional siswa. Rekomendasi penelitian ditujukan kepada pihak-pihak sebagai berikut. Guru bimbingan dan konseling disarankan untuk memanfaatkan program bimbingan dan konseling melalu teknik sosiodrama untuk meningkatkan kecakapan emosional siswa. Bagi penelitian selanjutnya direkomendasikan untuk menambah variabel penelitian dan menggunakan pendekatan dan metode penelitian yang berbeda dengan peneliti. This research aims to get guidance and counseling program through effective sociodrama technique to improve student's emotional skill which involves the skill of self awareness, self regulation, motivation, empathy, and the skill to build the relationship. The method used in this research is quasi experimental with the design of non-equivalent pretst-posttest control group design. The subject of this research is students of year eleven in SMA Negeri 2 Depok Academic Year 2012/2013. The results of the pretest show that the emotional skill of the students in general is in the medium catagory. The guidance and counseling program through sociodrama technique proves effective in improving the student's emotional skill. This research recommendation is for: guidance and counseling teachers is suggested to use the guidance and counseling program through sociodrama technique to improve the students' emotional skill; research furthermore, is recommended to add the variable research and use the approach and the method of research which is difference from the researcher. |
