Penelitian yang dikaji pada penelitian ini yaitu fungsi dan fitur pada website resmi pariwisata pemerintah kota Bandung (www.bandungtourism.com). Website pemerintah ini kurang dikenal oleh para pengguna internet , para wisatawan yang menggunakan internet dalam mencari informasi seputar pariwisata, bahkan masyarakat kota Bandung itu sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis fungsi dan fitur website resmi pariwisata pemerintah kota Bandung saat ini. Hasilnya diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi pihak penyelenggara sebagai upaya-upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas fungsi dan fitur website ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode mixed methods, metode yang menggunakan metode kombinasi dari metode penelitian kualitatif dan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan desain explanatory sequential design. Desain ini digunakan oleh peneliti apabila ingin membentuk kelompok yang didasarkan pada hasil kuantitatif dan akan menindaklanjuti (follow up) kelompok tersebut melalui penelitian kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari pengumpulan data berupa observasi website yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada para responden secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukan website resmi pariwisata pemerintah kota Bandung. Pada saat ini belum dikenal oleh para wisatawan dan masyarakat luas bahkan masyarakat kota Bandung sendiri. Hasil rekapitulasi data yang didapat untuk faktor sukses situs memiliki jumlah total skor sebesar 1782 atau 70.7% yaitu para responden menyatakan biasa saja atau dapat dikatakan website resmi pariwisata pemerintah kota Bandung ini belum menjadi website yang akan dijadikan acuan untuk mencari informasi seputar kota Bandung. Lalu berdasarkan hasil rekapitulasi data faktor penghambat memiliki jumlah total skor sebesar 563 atau 78.2% responden menyatakan tidak terdapat hambatan-hambatan untuk mengakses situs ini. Upaya-upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas fungsi dan fitur website resmi pariwisata pemerintah kota Bandung dapat dibagi kedalam empat faktor yaitu, faktor desain, faktor aksesibilitas, faktor isi situs dan faktor fungsi dan fitur. Studies reviewed in this study , is about analysis of the functions and features of the official website tourism in the city government of bandung or www.bandungtourism.com. In this case the government website is less known by Internet users , the tourists who use the Internet to search for information about tourism , even society itself Bandung . The purpose of this study is to analyze the conditions , functions and features of the official website of tourism city government today , which is expected to be the input for the organizers as efforts to improve the quality of the functions and features of this website . The method used in this study is the method of mixed methods, the method using a combination of qualitative research methods and quantitative research methods. This research uses a sequential explanatory design design. This design can also be used by researchers if they want to form groups based on quantitative results and will follow up (follow-up) the group through qualitative research. Data were obtained from a data collection site observation conducted by researchers and questionnaires distributed to respondents online. The results of the study of tourism 's official website city government is based on the current research results can not be known by the tourists and the public community even the city itself . After the process of observation and surveys conducted site users , the recapitulation of the data obtained for site success factors have a total score of 1782 or 70.7 percent of the respondents stated that normal or can be said to be the official website of tourism city government is not yet a website that will serve as reference to find out the information about the city of Bandung . Then based on the results of data summary inhibiting factors have a total score of 563 , or 78.2 percent of respondents said there were no obstacles to access this site . Efforts can be made to improve the quality of functions and features the official website of tourism city government can be divided into four factors , design factors , the accessibility factor , fill factor and factor site functionality and features .
