Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari data hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran dasar kompetensi kejuruan, persentase ketuntasan siswa untuk dapat mencapai nilai KKM masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dan untuk mengetahui aktivitas siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipeStudent Teams Achievment Division (STAD).Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari tiga siklus. Siklus I membahas materi tentangsistem pencernaan ternak, siklus II membahas materi tentangsistem organ tubuh ternak, dan siklus III membahas materi tentang sistem reproduksi dan urinaria ternak. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X Agribisnis Ternak Unggas SMK N 2 Cilaku tahun ajaran 2012/2013 dengan jumlahsiswa9 orang.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievment Divisiondalam pembelajaran sistem organ tubuh ternak mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Pada siklus I nilai rata-ratapre test 23,3 post test 44,4 dan N-Gain 0,41, padasiklus II rata-rata pre test24,1 post test 59,1 dan N-Gain 0,46, siklus III meningkatdengannilaipre test 18,2 post test 77,5 N-Gain 0,71. Peningkatan aktivitasbelajarsiswa juga terjadi pada setiap siklusnya, pada siklus I rata-rata 57,14, siklus II meningkat menjadi 75, sedangkan pada siklus III meningkat menjadi 92,85. This research of background of data result of learning student at elementary subject of vocational interest, complete percentage [of] student to be able to reach value of KKM still lower. This research aim to to know the make-up of result learn student and to know student activity in activity of study by applying model study of type co-operative of Student Teams Achievment Division (STAD). This desain research use research of class action which consist of three cycle. Cycle of I study items about digestive system of livestock, cycle of II study items about livestock body organ system, and cycle of III study items about system reproduce and livestock urinaria. Research Subjek is class student of X AgribisnisTernakUnggas of SMK N 2 Me of school year 2012 / 2013 with amount of student 9 people. Result of research indicate that with applying of model study of Student Teams Achievment Division in study of livestock body organ system can improve result learn student. At cycle of I average value of pre test 23,3 post test 44,4 and N-Gain 0,41, [at] cycle of II mean of pre test 24,1 post test 59,1 and N-Gain 0,46, cycle of III mount with value of pre test 18,2 post test 77,5 N-Gain 0,71. Make-Up of activity learn student also happened in each;every its cycle, at cycle of I mean 57,14, cycle of II mount to become 75, while at cycle of III mount to become 92,85
