KemitraanmerupakaninteraksiantarasekolahdenganDunia Usaha dan Industri (DU/DI)yangakanberdampaksignifikanbagiupayamembangunsekolahbermutu. Tujuanpenelitiansecaraumumuntuk, 1) mendeskripsikandanmenganalisis, Perencanaan, Implementasi, MonevdanTindaklanjutPerbaikanMutuPendidikanBerbasisKemitraan SMKN 1 dan SMKN 10 Kota Bandung, 2) mengembangkan model pengelolaanmutuberbasiskemitraanuntukmeningkatkanmutupendidikan. Metodepenelitianyang digunakanadalahdeskriptifkualitatifdenganpendekatanstudikasusuntukmenggambarkanmengenaifenomenakemitraan di SMK 1 dan SMK 10. HasilpenelitianmenunjukanDunia Usaha dan Industri (DU/DI)memilikikedudukanterbatasdalampengelolaanmutu.SekolahdanDunia Usaha dan Industri (DU/DI)tidakmemilikibentukkemitraan formal.KeterlibatanDunia Usaha dan Industri (DU/DI)tidakpadasemua level pengelolaanmutuhanyaprakerindan monitoring danevaluasitentangkepuasanpelanggan.Kemitraanbelumberkembangpadaupayastrategisgunamewujudkanmutu.KeterlibatanDunia Usaha dan Industri (DU/DI)dansekolahsecaraaktifdengandukungankomitmen yang tinggibelumterwujud. Kesimpulanbahwa sekolahbelummenempatkanDunia Usaha dan Industri (DU/DI)padasetiaptahapanpengelolaanmutupendidikan, mulai dari perencanaan, implementasi, monitoring dan evaluasi serta tindak lanjut perbaikan. Rekomendasi, penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa SMK dan Dunia Usaha dan Industri (DU/DI) harus membuat tim kualitas atau tim mutu secara bersama dalam peningkatan mutu dengan peran dan tanggung jawab yang terstruktur, dan model hipotetik dapat dijadikan alternatif konsepuntuk pengelolaan kemitraan. The partnership between the school and the Business and Industry (DU/DI) is a social resource that can help lack the resources needed to promote the quality of education. In practice, a partnership between SMK with Business and Industry (DU/DI) only as a supplement to school management system. The Partnership has not been optimally used as a basis to formulate planning and monitoring and evaluation. Partnership is an interaction between the school and the Business and Industry (DU/DI) which shall be a significant impact on efforts to build a quality school. The purpose of research in general to, 1) to describe and analyze, Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation and follow-up based Education Quality Improvement Partnership and SMK SMK 1 10 Bandung, 2) develop a model-based quality management partnerships to improve the quality of education. The method used is descriptive qualitative case study approach to illustrate the phenomenon of partnerships in SMK 1 and SMK 10. The results showed the World of Business and Industry (DU/DI) has limited positions in quality management. School and Business and Industry (DU/DI) does not have a formal partnership. Involvement of Business and Industry (DU/DI) is not at all management levels only prakerin quality and monitoring and evaluation of customer satisfaction. The Partnership has not developed in a strategic effort to bring about quality. Involvement of Business and Industry (DU/DI) and the school actively with the support of a strong commitment not materialized. The conclusion that the school has not put Business and Industry (DU/DI) at every stage of educational quality management, from planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and follow-up repairs. Recommendation, the report recommends that SMK and the Business and Industry (DU/DI) should make the team or the quality of the quality team together in improving the quality of the roles and responsibilities are structured, and the hypothetical model can be used as an alternative concept for the management of the partnership.
