Summary

Penelitian yang berjudul "Pengaruh PLPG Terhadap Peningkatan Profesionalisme Guru PKn di Kota Bandung" ini merupakan penelitian korelasional terhadap Guru PKn SMP se-Kota Bandung.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan signifikan antara Pendidikan dan Latihan Profesi Guru terhadap peningkatan profesionalisme guru PKn SMP di Kota Bandung.Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini antara lain: Pertama, Apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan PLPG terhadap peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik. Kedua,Apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan PLPG terhadap peningkatan kompetensi kepribadian.Ketiga,Apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan PLPG terhadap peningkatan kompetensi sosial. Keempat,Apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan PLPG terhadap peningkatan kompetensi profesional.Kelima,Apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan PLPG terhadap peningkatan kompetensi secara keseluruhan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi.Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 150 orang dengan teknik random sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 30 orang guru PKn.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PLPG tidak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kompetensi pedagogic karena hanya berkontribusi sebesar 0,111. PLPG tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi kepribadian karena hanya berkontribusi sebesar 0,111. PLPG tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi sosial karena hanya berkontribusi sebesar 0,000. PLPG tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi profesional karena hanya berkontribusi sebesar 0,025. PLPG berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi secara keseluruhan sebesar 0,581.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah PLPG berpengaruh signifkan terhadap peningkatan profesionalisme guru PKn di Kota Bandung akan tetapi secara per aspek atau per kompetensi seperti kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial dan profesional tidak berpengaruh signifikan.Rekomendasi untuk pihak terkait seperti Lembaga Penelitian, Kantor Sertifikasi Guru, Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung agar senantiasa melakukan pemantauan rutin, agar kinerja guru benar-benar profesional. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan dan Latihan Profesi Guru, Profesionalisme Guru PKn The research that has title "The Effect of PLPG on The Increasing of Civic Education Teachers Profesionalism in Bandung City" is corelational research on Civic Education Junior High School Teachers in Bandung city.This research has purpose to find out have or haven't significant relation between Education and Training of Civic Education Teachers on the increasing of Civic Education Junior High School Teachers profesionalism in Bandung city.Problem formulation on this research are :First, Is there any significant effect of PLPG on the increasing pedagogic competence.Second, Is there any significant effect of PLPG on the increasing personality competence.Third,Is there any significant effect of PLPG on the increasing social competence.Fourth,Is there any significant effect of PLPG on the increasing profesionalism competence.Fifth,Is there any significant effect of PLPG on the increasing all of the competence.This research used a quantitative approach with correlation method.Population in this research are 150 people by random sampling technique gotten samples 30 people of Civic Education teachers.The result of the research showed that PLPG didn't have effect on the increasing pedagogic competence because only contributed in the amount of 0,111. PLPG didn't have significant effect on the increasing personality competence because only contributed in the amount of 0,111. PLPG didn't have significant effect on the increasing social competence because only contributed in the amount of 0,000. PLPG didn't have significant effect on the increasing professionalism competence because only contributed in the amount of 0,025.PLPG had significant effect on the all of competence in the amount of 0,581.The conclusion of this research is PLPG had significant effect on the increasing of Civic Education teacher's profesionalism in Bandung city but in each aspect or each competence such us pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence, and professionalism competence didn't have significant effect.The recommendation for the related part such us Research Institution,Teacher Sertification Office,Education Institution in Bandung City so always do routin monitoring,so teacher's work really professional.
