Summary:Survey eksplorasi geofisika melalui metode magnetik di perairan Teluk Tolo menghasilkan nilai anomali magnetik total yang telah dikoreksi oleh IGRF, dan variasi harian. Nilai anomali magnetik residual diperoleh melalui metode pemisahan Trend Surface Analysis. Hasil pengolahan data kemudian diplot menjadi peta kontur anomali guna memperoleh gambaran anomali yang tersebar di daerah penelitian dan akan dijadikan acuan sebagai pembuatan model. Berdasarkan hasil pemodelan, gambaran struktur geologi bawah permukaan dasar laut Teluk Tolo mempunyai empat jenis komposisi batuan berbeda dengan nilai suseptibilitas 0,03, 0,004, -0,001, dan 0,07. Jenis batuan tersebut adalah granit, sedimen kuarsa, malihan kuarsit dan gabro intrusif yang terletak pada kedalaman 50 m sampai 200 m dari permukaan. Pada daerah penelitian, ditemukan indikasi adanya sesar yang mempunyai arah dari barat-daya ke timur-laut pada penampang lintasan A - A', dan sesar lainnya dengan arah dari barat-laut ke tenggara pada penampang lintasan B - B' dan C - C'. Jenis sesar yang ditemukan adalah sesar turun. Geophysical exploration survey using magnetic methods in Tolo Bay give a magnetic total anomalies value has been corrected by IGRF correction, and diurnal variation. The value of residual magnetic anomalies was obtained through by the Trend Surface Analysis method. Data processing result are plotted into the contours of magnetic anomalies map to obtain a scattered anomalies in area research and it used as reference as modeling. Based on the result modeling, an overview of geological structures under seabed surface Tolo Bay has four different types of rock compositions with susceptibility 0.03, 0.004, -0.001, and 0.07. The type of rocks is granite, quartz sedimentary, metamorphic quartzite and gabbro intrusive which located at a depth of 50 m to 200 m from the surface. In that research area, are founded indication of a faults from southwest to northeast direction in line section A - A', and another faults from northwest to southeast direction in line section B - B' and C - C '. The types of faults are found is a normal faults.
