Through HEMBUSAN ANGIN KENCANG technique, students are expected to be motivated in practicing and to speak French. The result showed that the technique seems quite this; a tedious learning process could be avoided. Keywords: HEMBUSAN ANGIN KENCANG learning technique, speaking skills. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penggunaan teknik HEMBUSAN ANGIN KENCANG dalam pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa perancis di sekolah menengah atas (SMA), dan untuk mengetahui penggunaan teknik ini dalam pembelajaran bahasa perancis. Melalui teknik HEMBUSAN ANGIN KENCANG diharapkan siswa dapat termotivasi untuk berlatih dan berbicara bahasa perancis. Hasil kajian menunjukan bahwa teknik HEMBUSAN ANGIN KENCANG dapat diimplimentasikan dalam pembelajaran bahasa perancis karena teknik ini sangat mudah dan dapat membuat proses belajar mengajar tidak membosankan.
