Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan menggambarkan fenomena mengenai seberapa besar pengaruh likuiditas dan profitabilitas terhadap menurunnya harga saham pada perusahaan subsektor pertambangan batubara yang terjadi pasca pemulihan krisis keuangan global. Data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan subsektor pertambangan batubara untuk periode 2008 sampai 2013, perusahaan yang dipilih adalah perusahaan yang selalu terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia pada periode tersebut. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif untuk mengetahui nilai variabel mandiri, satu variabel tanpa membuat perbandingan atau menghubungkan dengan variabel lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa likuiditas yang diukur menggunakan Quick Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Lalu profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return on Assets berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. This study seeks to analyze and describe the phenomena about the influence of liquidity and profitability on the decreasing of companies's stock prices on the coal mining subsector that occurred during the restoration of the post global financial crisis. Data were taken from the company's annual financial statements of the coal mining subsector, during the period 2008 to 2013, the companies were selected that are always listed on the stock exchange Indonesia in the period. Data were analyzed by descriptive and verification method to find the own variable value, whether single variable or more without comparing or relating to another variables. The results show that the liquidity which counted by quick ratio is not related on the stock prices. However, the profitability which counted by Return on Assets has an influence on stock prices.
