| Summary: | Penelitian ini berjudul "Penyelenggaraan Pelatihan USAID PRIORITAS dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung Barat (studi komparatif pada Sekolah Dasar Mitra dan Non Mitra USAID PRIORITAS di Kecamatan Cipatat)". Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai tingkat keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pelatihan pada USAID PRIORITAS, tingkat keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pelatihan pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung Barat dan perbedaan tingkat keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pelatihan USAID PRIORITAS dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan analisis komparasi dan ditunjang dengan studi pustaka. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik penelitian sampel proportionate stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara angket tertutup terhadap sampel penelitian sebanyak 45 guru pada SD Mitra dan 85 guru pada SD Non Mitra di Kecamatan Cipatat. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Weighted Mean Score (WMS), gambaran umum Variabel X1 (penyelenggaraan pelatihan USAID PRIORITAS) berada pada kriteria sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 4,31. Sementara itu, gambaran umum Variabel X2 (penyelenggaraan pelatihan Pemkab Bandung Barat) berada pada kriteria baik dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 3,67. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukan Variabel X1 dan X2 berdistribusi normal dan hasil pengujian homogenitas menunjukan variannya adalah homogen. Selanjutnya hasil pengujian hipotesis melalui uji "t" dengan rumus polled varian didapat t hitung = 0,505 dan t tabel = 1,657, maka t hitung < t tabel. Dengan demikian, secara statistik dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara tingkat keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pelatihan USAID PRIORITAS dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung Barat. The title of this research is "Training implementation of USAID PRIORITAS and District Government of West Bandung (Comparative studies at colleague and non-colleague elementary school of USAID PRIORITAS in sub district Cipatat)". The purposes of this research to obtain information about the level of success on training implementation of USAID PRIORITAS, District Government of West Bandung and the difference level of successful training implementation between USAID PRIORITAS and District Government of West Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive method with comparative analysis and documentation studies. Meanwhile, the approach used quantitative approach with proportionate stratified random sampling as sample research techniques. The data collection techniques used in this study was a closed questionnaire method and spread to 45 teacher of SD colleague and 85 teacher of SD Non colleague in sub district Cipatat as a research sample. Based on calculations using the formula Weighted Mean Scored (WMS), an general overview of Variables X1 (training implementation of USAID PRIORITAS) in the excellent category with an average score of 4,31. Meanwhile, an general overview of Variables X2 (training implementation of District Government of West Bandung) in the good category with an average score of 3,67. Normality test result on the distribution showed that variables X1 and X2 are normally distributed and homogeneity test result showed that the variant are homogeny. Furthermore, hypothesis test result using the t-test with polled variant obtained t = 0,505 and t table = 1,657, compared to the t < t table. The conclusion states that in statistic there aren't significant different between the level of success on training implementation of USAID PRIORITAS and District Government of West Bandung. |
