Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kesulitan siswa atau atlet dalam menuasai keterampilan gerak. permasalahan dalam penelitian ini mengenai korelasi motor eduucability dengan penguasaan teknik flying shoot pada cabang olahraha bola tangan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 24 Bandung yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler boola tangan. Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan motor educability dengan penguasaan teknik flying shoot pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bola tangan di SMA Negeri 24 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 21 siswa ekstrakurikuler bola tangan SMA Negeri 24 Bandung, teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling, sampel diambil sebanyak 21 orang sebagai suatu kebutuhan tim. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif. Dengan demikian hasil pengolahan dan analisis data dapat menunjukkan bahwa korelasi motor educability memberikan hubungan yang signifikan terhadap peguasaan teknik flying shoot pada cabang olahraga bola tangan. The background of this research is difficulties of students or athlete in motion skill. The problem of this research is about corellation motor educabilityy with flying shoot technique in branch of heand sports. The subject of this research is students of SMAN 24 Bandung which follow in extrakurikuler hand ball. The purpose of this research is to know the connection between motor educability with flying shoot technique skill. The method of this research used descriptive method. The population of this research is 21 studends. The technique sampling of this research is sum of sampling. The sample of this research, the writer used quantitative and finally the result of analyzing the data can know that corellation motor educability give signficance effect in technique og flying shoot skill on branch of hand ball sport.
