Summary:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendapatan, fasilitas dan tarif terhadap selera dan permintaan jasa transportasi kereta api. Metode penelitian adalah explanatory. Populasi penelitian adalah penumpang kereta Bandung Raya dengan teknik random sampling terhadap 100 penumpang Cicalengka-Bandung dan 99 penumpang Bandung-Padalarang. Data dikumpulkan secara primer melalui kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pendapatan tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap selera dan permintaan secara parsial; fasilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap selera dan permintaan secara parsial; fasilitas memiliki hubungan yang negatif signifikan dengan tarif; tarif berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap selera dan permintaan secara parsial; selera berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap permintaan; fasilitas, tarif, pendapatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap selera secara simultan; fasilitas, tarif, pendapatan, selera berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan secara simultan; fasilitas, tarif, pendapatan secara simultan melalui selera berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan Kata Kunci: Pendapatan, Fasilitas, Tarif, Selera, Permintaan The research has the intention to analyze the effect of incomes, facilities, prices towards taste and the demand of railway transportation service. This research uses explanatory method. The population of research is passengers of railway Bandung Raya by using random sampling technique given to 100 passengers Cicalengka-Bandung and 99 passengers of Bandung-Padalarang. The data is obtained primarily by using questionnaire. The result shows that: The income significantly don't have effect towards the taste and demand, partially; The facilities positively have significant effect towards the taste and demand, partially; The facilities negatively have significant effect correlation with the prices; The prices negatively have significant effect towards the taste and demand, partially; The taste positively has significant effect towards the demand; The facilities, prices, incomes have significant effect towards the taste, simultaneously; The facilities, prices, incomes and taste have significant effect on the demand, simultaneously; The facilities, prices and incomes simultaneously -through the taste- effect have significant on the demand.
